Description
The present invention relates to a deoxidation apparatus and a method for producing deoxidized oil using the same, and more particularly, to a deoxidation apparatus for manufacturing deoxidized oil by removing free fatty acids from crude oil, and a method for producing deoxidized oil using the same.

At this time, the

Hereinafter, the
The
In addition, a
The
The
Specifically, the
Accordingly, the soap stock floating along with the degummed oil or deoxidized oil comes into contact with the
However, if the
In addition, it is preferable that the shape of the opening surface of the
The
Therefore, the
The sodium hydroxide aqueous

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a method for producing deoxidized oil using the
7 is a flowchart of a method for producing deoxidized oil according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a block diagram specifically explaining the step of generating the deoxidized oil of FIG. 7 .
7 and 8, the deoxidized oil manufacturing method of an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of heating crude oil in a heat exchange unit 500 (S10), stirring the heated crude oil and concentrated phosphoric acid, and phospholipids in the crude oil A step of producing degummed oil from which gum and impurities are removed (S20) and a step of producing deoxidized oil from which free fatty acids are removed from the degummed oil through a saponification reaction of the degummed oil and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution Including (S30), the step of generating the deoxidized oil is characterized in that the degummed oil is supplied to the
At this time, after the step of generating the deoxidized oil, discharging the diluted aqueous sodium hydroxide solution after all of the reaction (S40) and in the discharging step, additionally collecting the deoxidized oil that is collected on the upper side of the diluted sodium hydroxide solution ( S50) may be further included.
Heating the crude oil (S10) is a step of heating the crude oil to have a temperature of about 80 ℃ ~ 90 ℃ by supplying the crude oil to the
In the step (S20) of generating degummed oil, crude oil having a temperature above a certain level and concentrated phosphoric acid (purity 85%) discharged from the
Specifically, the step (S20) of generating degummed oil is after reacting for about 20 to 60 minutes while maintaining the temperature of crude oil at 60 ° C to 90 ° C in a reduced pressure state having 10 mmHg to 50 mmHg, and then 1000 RPM in a water-type rotary decanter. It is a process of separating the gum and the metal salt by rotating it to make the subsequent process easier.
The step of generating deoxidized oil (S30) is a process of removing free fatty acids contained in degummed oil through a saponification reaction of degummed oil and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. Float and collect on the upper part of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.
Specifically, the degummed oil is separated from the horizontal decanter and collected in the degumming oil reservoir while maintaining 2% to 3% of an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution at approximately 90° C. spray and allow the saponification reaction to occur while the degummed oil floats due to specific gravity.
At this time, the degummed oil is preferably sprayed into about 10,000 fine droplets having a diameter of 0.9 mm or more and 2.0 mm or less per 1 m 2 of the bottom of the
Therefore, the step of generating deoxidized oil (S30) is a step of spraying the degummed oil into fine droplets from the lower side of the
The spraying step (S31), the step of generating the deoxidized oil and soap stock, and the step of being sequentially collected in the
In addition, the step (S32) in which deoxidized oil and soap stock are generated uses a pump to control the floating speed of the degummed oil. Specifically, to adjust the levitation speed to 2 cm/sec or more and 3 cm/sec or less, the approximate speed is adjusted using the pump, and fine adjustment is made by the bypass valve formed in the bypass directly connecting the front and rear of the pump.
Therefore, the deoxidized oil manufacturing method of the present invention improves the efficiency of the saponification reaction by precisely adjusting the size of the fine droplets of the degummed oil to be sprayed, and at the same time minimizes the loss of deoxidized oil to improve productivity.
In the step of discharging the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, the saponification reaction does not occur when the initially stored sodium hydroxide aqueous solution having a concentration of 2% to 3% has a concentration of about 0.4% to 0.5%. Therefore, this waste alkali solution is stored in the waste alkali
In this case, the step of discharging further includes the step of collecting the deoxidized oil contained in the dilute aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, that is, the spent alkaline solution once again. Accordingly, the method for producing deoxidized oil of the present invention reduces the amount of oil in the waste alkaline liquid used in wastewater, thereby reducing the cost used for sewage treatment, and providing a more eco-friendly method for producing deoxidized oil to the user.
In addition, by forming a plurality of
Accordingly, the method for producing deoxidized oil of the present invention maximizes the productivity improvement effect by reducing the cost required for the production of deoxidized oil.
In the above, preferred embodiments of the present invention have been exemplarily described, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to such specific embodiments, and it is within the protection scope of the present invention that can be appropriately changed within the scope described in the claims. corresponds to
