상기 제1배기챔버(20)가 설치된 축사(10)의 벽면에 연장 형성되고 제1배기챔버(20)로부터 배출된 공기를 저장하며, 저장된 공기가 외부로 유출되지 않도록 밀폐되어 있는 제1처리실(30);
상기 제1처리실(30)의 벽면에 설치되어 제1처리실(30) 내부의 공기를 흡입하여 제1처리실(30)의 외부로 공기를 배출하는 제2배기챔버(40);
