Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bleaching gel for surface contaminants of ceramic cultural properties and a method for manufacturing the same.
There are ice lines on the glazed surface of many ceramics such as white porcelain and celadon in Korea.
Organic and inorganic contaminants that have been buried for a long time or generated through eggs, etc., penetrate not only the ice cracks but also the pores of the soil, and act as a factor impairing the formative beauty.
Before removing this, the cleaning process to remove the contaminants on the surface of the relics of all materials, including ceramics, should be carefully considered.
However, there is a difficulty in determining the level of destruction of relics and the level of removal under the judgment of historical, folklore, and aesthetic values.
If contaminants need to be removed in terms of preservation and art history to reveal patterns, cleaning techniques such as poultices or gels are needed to increase the decontamination effect.
Biochemical reagents such as enzymes or organic solvents, which can be used as cleaning agents for removing contaminants, and the like, chelating agents for removing metal stains, etc. may be used in various ways.
If you can't remove the stain with a cleaner, use bleach to make the stain fade.
In particular, in order to bleach the organic contaminants deeply cut between the porcelain ice cubes, an oxidizing bleach such as hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ), sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate, sodium metaborate perxyhydrate, and a reducing bleach such as sodium thiosulfate and oxalic acid are used. used to remove colored contaminants.
Hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) was used relatively early as peroxide bleaching as an oxidative bleaching agent. This liquid was unstable and inconvenient to transport, so solid powder sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate, sodium metaborate perxyhydrate, and urea hydrogen peroxide were developed as bleaching agents.
Among them, urea peroxide has been actively studied for bleaching in industries such as paper and medicine.
In addition, sodium percarbonate, an oxidizing agent used in everyday household or industry, is dissolved in water and decomposed into hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate.
Although it has been used in the field of cultural properties in the past, there is a point to be aware of as the cause of damage to ceramics due to the growth of crystals in high-humidity conditions because sodium carbonate crystals exist in ceramic ice cubes or soil.
In addition, in order to increase the efficiency of bleaching, a poultice or gelling agent may be used in various ways.
Cellulose derivatives (methyl cellulose, Carboxy methyl cellulose, hydroxy propyl cellulose) and zeolite, sepiolite, and bentonite are used to remove contaminants that exist between the layers of ice on the ceramic surface and between the pores of the soil. , high water content resin (SAP), using clay minerals such as laponite as a poultice can effectively remove stains.
However, deformities such as ceramics are not suitable for use because the surface is glazed and if the clay-type poultice is attached to a vertical surface, it may fall off during the drying process.
In addition, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to remove as it remains between the porcelain ice rows.
In addition, a bleaching gel made by mixing Laponite RD and hydrogen peroxide, a thixotropy material, can be prepared and applied to ceramic artifacts. However, as time passes, the oxygen present in the hydrogen peroxide is liberated and at the same time, it is applied to the vertical ceramic surface due to the generated water. There is a disadvantage that the gel that was used flows down.
As a technology related to the removal of contaminants from the surface of ceramics, "a poultice for removing metal contaminants from the surface of porous cultural assets and a method for removing metal contaminants from the surface of porous cultural assets using the same" (Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1219526, Patent Document 1) includes oxalic acid is used as a solvent and a poultice containing a poultice material is presented.

The ceramic cultural property surface contaminant bleaching gel of the present invention,
과산화요소 100 중량부와;100 parts by weight of urea peroxide;
상기 과산화요소 100 중량부 대비 10 중량부의 카보폴 934와;Carbopol 934 in 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the urea peroxide;
상기 과산화요소 100 중량부 대비 8 ~ 16 중량부의 메타규산나트륨과;8 to 16 parts by weight of sodium metasilicate based on 100 parts by weight of the urea peroxide;
It is configured including; 800 to 1,200 parts by weight of distilled water based on 100 parts by weight of the urea peroxide.
In the above configuration, urea peroxide exhibits a bleaching performance.
Urea peroxide is a compound obtained by synthesizing urea and hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen bonds exist between the urea and hydrogen peroxide molecules in the peroxide molecule.

In the present invention, carbopol resin serves as a thickener.
Carbopol resin is characterized in that it can be used in both aqueous and solvent systems, and has been safely applied in various ways from medicine, cosmetics, and engineering to ointments, gels, and emulsifiers.
Therefore, in order to remove contaminants in the field of preservation treatment, it is highly valuable to make Carbopol vinyl polymer such as Carbopol resin in the form of a gel to bleach or remove local contaminants.
In the present invention, sodium meta silicate is strongly alkaline and serves as a viscosity modifier.
In order to make Carbopol resin into a high-viscosity gel in the conventional industrial field, a basic chemical such as triethylamine, which is a neutralizing agent, is usually added to significantly increase the viscosity.
However, there is a problem in that the pH control is not smooth during gel preparation, so the viscosity control stability is low and the smell of volatile ammonia is generated.
Sodium metasilicate is a strong alkaline chemical that produces less odor and improves viscosity control stability.
At this time, the sodium metasilicate is most preferably added in 16 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of urea peroxide.
In the present invention, the method for producing a surface contaminant bleaching gel for ceramic cultural properties,

1. Detergency measurement experiment
After preparing the pseudo-porcelain specimen, the prepared bleaching gel was applied to the specimen to evaluate the cleanability.
The evaluation of the cleanability was evaluated through the color change of the specimen.
The color measurement record used the CIE L*a*b* measurement system stipulated by the International Commission Ellumination (CIE).
After removing the bleach gel for each ceramic specimen at a given time, the specimen stored in distilled water was taken out, mounted on a pre-made alignment frame, and a measuring glass was inserted into the alignment frame and measured by attaching it to the sensing unit.
The same site was measured three times and calculated as L*a*b* values.
1 shows an alignment frame for measuring each Example and Comparative Example in units of 2 hours, and FIG. 2 is a photograph of Examples and Comparative Examples applied to the specimen.

Looking at Table 2, it was found that the color change amount of Example 3 was the largest.
2. pH 측정 실험2. pH measurement experiment
Using a pH meter (Orion3Star pH Benchtop meter, ThermoScientific Co., Ltd.), the prepared bleaching gel was measured three times and the average value was calculated, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.
pH
It is reported that the hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate increases by 82.5% at pH 10.3.
Although the pHs of Examples and Comparative Examples are generally similar, it can be seen that Example 3 is particularly close to pH 10.3.
Therefore, it is judged that Example 3 is the most excellent in bleaching performance.
0.2 g of pure jit powder, 1.4 g of waste cooking oil, and 3.2 g of water were mixed, and then wet pulverized in a ball mill to prepare a pulverized pure jit.
In addition, 1.6 g of sodium metasilicate and the prepared pulverized pure git were mixed and stirred to obtain a slurry.
After preparing a constant flow spray dryer with pressure nozzles installed at the top and bottom, the temperature in the spray dryer furnace is reached 250° C., and then hot air is supplied to the inside of the spray dryer while supplying the slurry and the spun slurry is inside the spray dryer. The slurry supplied to the inside of the spray dryer was allowed to fall while generating a vortex by the hot air, and was formed into granules having internal pores through moisture evaporation inside the spray dryer.
In addition, a bleaching gel was prepared in the same manner as in Example 3, except that the granules containing sodium metasilicate instead of sodium metasilicate were replaced with the same weight (1.6 g) and added.
Sunjit is a mineral sourced from the Karelia Shunga region of Russia and contains silicate and fullerene as its main components, where fullerene means natural fullerene.
Depending on the content of fullerene in the pure git, pure git can be divided into normal pure git and elite pure git.
Fullerene, which is contained in a large amount in pure jite, is called a third carbon allotrope because it is a carbon allotrope such as graphite or diamond, but has a structural form different from that of graphite or diamond.
Fullerene has carbon rings in which carbon (C) atoms are arranged in a pentagon or hexagonal arrangement, and these carbon rings are combined in a substantially spherical (spherical) shape to form a hollow.
It is known that the function of fullerene has a function of purifying pollutants.
However, fullerene is difficult to exhibit the ability to clean the ceramic surface by itself in a solid phase.
However, if such pure jit is granulated using fat and oil and then added as a bleaching gel raw material, it is possible to increase the bleaching performance while taking advantage of the pH control function and viscosity control function of sodium metasilicate contained in the granule.
In order to check the bleaching gel performance of the prepared Example 4, after preparing the ceramics of the same type, the bottom of the ceramics was immersed in a tray, and the bleaching gels of Comparative Examples 3, 3 and 4 were applied to each of the ceramics on the surface. After applying the same weight (enough enough to flow sufficiently) to the slab, waiting for 30 minutes, and then measuring the volume of the contents in the tray.
The measured weight of Comparative Example 3 was taken as a value of 100, and the weights of Examples 3 and 4 were quantified.
As a result, based on 100 parts by weight of the bleached gel flowed down in Comparative Example 3, in Example 3, 75.5 parts by weight, and in Example 4, 65.2.
These experimental results indicate that the bleaching gels of Examples 3 and 4 adhere well to the ceramic surface without slipping compared to Comparative Example 3 on the smooth and inclined porcelain surface.
In particular, in the case of Example 4, pure jit powder and oil and fat components having the same microporous structure are formed in porous granular form, and because these granules are included in the bleaching gel, they stick to the smooth and inclined porcelain surface for a long time. It shows that this can be done easily.
In addition, the washing performance of the bleaching gel according to Example 4 was evaluated in the same manner as in the washing power measurement experiment.
The results were compared with Example 3 and shown in Table 4 below.

As can be seen from Table 4, it can be seen that the cleaning performance of Example 4 is almost the same as that of Example 3.
Therefore, when the actual surface is used on a slanted porcelain surface, Example 4, which remains for a long time and maintains the cleaning power, will also be sufficiently excellent.
