철제원통으로 되어 표면처리를 한 쉘외통(1)과, 쉘외통 중심부에 배치되고, 양단부가 쉘외통 양단부에 부착된 철제마구리(2) 중심구멍(2a)에 끼워져 용접되는 4각관체로 된 철제심관(3)과, 철제원판으로 되어 쉘외통(1)과, 철제심관(3) 사이에 일정간격으로 배치되고, 중심부에 형성된 4각형구멍에 철제심관(3)이 끼워져 용접되고, 외주면이 쉘외통(1)의 내주면에 용접되는 보강원판(4)으로 이루어지는 타이어코드지 권취용 쉘에 있어서,
상기 쉘외통(1)의 표면에는 산화방지피막(1a)을 형성하거나, 표면에 일정두께의 종이피막(1b)을 형성하는 방법 중에서 선택되는 방법으로 표면처리하며,
