건물로부터 중수를 배출하는 중수 배출관;
지면으로부터 우수를 집수하여 상기 LID 시설로 우수를 공급하는 우수 공급관을 포함하고,
상기 중수 배출관은, 상기 LID 시설로 연결되는 제1 관과, 외부의 수로관과 연결되는 제2 관으로 분기되고,
상기 제1 관은 상기 우수 공급관으로 병합되고,
상기 우수 공급관으로 이동하는 우수 및 중수의 유량을 측정하는 유량 센서를 포함하고,
상기 토양 센서에서 측정된 토양의 함수량이 기설정값 이상인 경우, 중수는 외부의 수로관으로 배출되고,
상기 토양 센서에서 측정된 토양의 함수량이 기설정값보다 작고, 상기 유량 센서에서 측정된 유량이 기준치 미달인 경우, 중수는 상기 LID 시설로 공급되고,
