Abstract

척추 사이에 삽입되기 위한 케이지에 있어, 삽입 수술 과정에서 장기, 근육 및 신경이 손상될 위험이 감소하고, 삽입 수술 과정이 용이한 케이지를 제공한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 척추 뼈의 전방으로부터 삽입되어 상기 척추 뼈 사이에 정위치되는 선삽입부 및 상기 선삽입부의 일측면에 결합되어 상기 척추 뼈 사이에 정위치되는 후삽입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 케이지의 삽입 수술과정에서 장기, 근육 및 신경이 손상될 위험이 감소하고, 케이지의 삽입 수술과정이 용이해지며, 케이지가 안정적으로 고정되어 수술 후 부작용이 줄어들 수 있고, 수술 시간이 감소하여 환자에게 가해지는 부담이 감소하는 효과가 있다.

Description

분할 삽입형 추간 케이지{SPLITED INSERTION TYPE INTERVERTEBRAL CAGE}
본 발명은 분할되어 척추 사이에 삽입되기 위한 케이지에 관한 것이다.
종래의 케이지 삽입 방법으로는 전방 경유 삽입술, 측방 경유 삽입술 또는 후방 경유 삽입술이 행하여진다.
척추의 전방으로는 장기들이 위치하고 있어, 전방을 통해 케이지를 삽입하기 위해서는 장기들을 임시적으로 측면으로 이동시키거나, 장기의 사이를 통해서 케이지를 삽입하여야 한다. 따라서, 장기들이 손상될 위험이 있고 인체의 가장 큰 혈관인 대동맥과 대정맥을 견인해야 하므로, 수술이 매우 어렵고 위험하여 숙련된 전문의가 필요하다는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 척추의 후방으로는 신경이 위치하며, 척추뼈고리 및 척추돌기들이 케이지의 삽입 경로상에 위치하므로, 후방을 통해 케이지를 삽입하는 경우에는 근육 및 신경이 손상될 위험이 존재하며, 척추뼈를 제거해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 척추의 측방으로는 요근이 위치하고 있으며, 요근 속에는 다리쪽으로 가는 신경들이 얽혀서 지나간다. 따라서, 측방을 통해 케이지를 삽입하는 경우에는 요근을 양쪽으로 갈라서 추체 공간을 노출시키고 수술을 시행해야 하는데 이 과정에서 근육의 손상과 다리쪽으로 가는 신경의 손상을 유발할 가능성이 있다.

본 발명의 과제는 분할되어 삽입되는 케이지를 제공하는 것이다.

상기한 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 발명은 복수의 척추 뼈 사이에 삽입되는 케이지에 있어서, 상기 척추 뼈의 전방으로부터 삽입되어 상기 척추 뼈 사이에 정위치되는 선삽입부 및 상기 선삽입부의 일측면에 결합되어 상기 척추 뼈 사이에 정위치되는 후삽입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면 케이지의 삽입 수술과정에서 장기, 근육 및 신경이 손상될 위험이 감소한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 케이지의 삽입 수술과정이 용이해진다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 케이지가 안정적으로 고정되어 수술 후 부작용이 줄어들 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르면 수술 시간이 감소하여 환자에게 가해지는 부담이 감소한다.

본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어에 대해 간략히 설명하고, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 대해 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다. 본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어는 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하면서 가능한 현재 널리 사용되는 일반적인 용어들을 선택하였으나, 이는 당 분야에 종사하는 기술자의 의도 또는 판례, 새로운 기술의 출현 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 또한, 특정한 경우는 출원인이 임의로 선정한 용어도 있으며, 이 경우 해당되는 발명의 설명 부분에서 상세히 그 의미를 기재할 것이다. 따라서 본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어는 단순한 용어의 명칭이 아닌, 그 용어가 가지는 의미와 본 발명의 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 정의되어야 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 통해 본 발명에 따른 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 설명에서 사용되는 방향 관계를 나타내는 도면이다. 본 설명에서 '전방'이란 척추의 앞쪽 방향을 의미하고, '후방'이란 척추의 뒤쪽 방향을 의미한다, 즉, 전방은 배쪽 방향(Anterior)을 의미하고, 후방은 등쪽 방향(Posterior)을 의미한다. 또한, 본 설명에서 '좌측'이란 척추의 왼쪽 방향(Left)을 의미하고, '우측'이란 척추의 오른쪽 방향(Right)을 의미한다. 또한, 본 설명에서 '일측'이란 상기 좌측 또는 우측 중 어느 한 방향을 의미하고, '타측'이란 상기 일측 방향의 반대 방향을 의미한다. 또한, 본 설명에서 '상측'이란 척추를 기준으로 두개골쪽 방향을 의미하고, '상면'이란 상측 방향의 면을 의미한다. 마찬가지로 '하측'이란 척추를 기준으로 꼬리뼈쪽 방향을 의미하며, '하면'이란 하측 방향의 면을 의미한다.
또한, 본 설명에서 '삽입 방향'이란, 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)가 척추 사이에 삽입되는 방향을 의미한다. 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)는 척추의 전방으로부터 후방을 향하는 삽입 방향을 갖는다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이지(10) 및 척추 뼈(V)를 나타내는 평면도이다.
척추 뼈(V)의 사이에는 본래 추간판이 존재한다. 이하, 정상적인 추간판이 위치하는 공간을 추체 공간(S)이라고 한다. 추체 공간(S)의 후방에는 신경(N)이 위치한다.
추간판에 이상이 생겨 그 역할을 제대로 수행할 수 없는 경우, 추간판의 일부 내지는 전체를 대체하여 척추 사이의 간격을 유지하며 척추를 지지하기 위하여 케이지(10)가 삽입된다. 이 때, 케이지(10)의 상면에 의해 지지되는 상측의 척추 뼈를 이하 '상부 뼈'라고 한다. 또한, 케이지(10)의 하면에 의해 지지되는 하측의 척추 뼈를 이하 '하부 뼈'라고 한다. 즉, 상부 뼈(V1)의 하면이 케이지(10)의 상면에 접촉되어 지지되고, 하부 뼈(V2)의 상면이 케이지(10)의 하면에 접촉되어 지지된다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이지(10)를 나타내는 사시도이다.
종래의 케이지를 삽입하기 위한 수술은 전방 경유 삽입술, 측방 경유 삽입술 또는 후방 경유 삽입술이 행하여진다. 하지만, 척추의 전방으로는 장기들이 위치하고 있어, 전방을 통해 케이지를 삽입하기 위해서는 장기들을 임시적으로 측면으로 이동시키거나, 장기의 사이를 통해서 케이지를 삽입하여야 한다. 따라서, 장기들이 손상될 위험이 있고, 인체의 가장 큰 혈관인 대동맥과 대정맥을 견인해야 하므로 수술이 어렵고 위험하여 숙련된 전문의가 필요하다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 척추의 후방으로는 신경이 위치하며, 척추뼈고리 및 척추돌기들이 케이지의 삽입 경로상에 위치하므로, 후방을 통해 케이지를 삽입하는 경우에도 근육 및 신경이 손상될 위험과 척추뼈를 제거해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 척추의 측방으로는 요근이 위치하고 있으며, 요근 속에는 다리쪽으로 가는 신경들이 얽혀서 지나간다. 따라서, 측방을 통해 케이지를 삽입하는 경우에는 요근을 양쪽으로 갈라서 추체 공간(S)을 노출시키고 수술을 시행해야 하는데 이 과정에서 근육의 손상과 다리쪽으로 가는 신경의 손상을 유발할 가능성이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 척추 뼈(V)의 전방으로부터 삽입되어 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 정위치되는 선삽입부(11); 및 상기 선삽입부(11)의 일측면에 결합되어 상기 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 정위치되는 후삽입부(12);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지를 제공한다. 여기서 '정위치'란 상기 케이지(10)의 외부 형상이 상기 추체 공간(S)에 대응되어 척추 뼈를 지지하기에 알맞은 위치를 의미한다. 즉, 케이지(10)의 외부 형상이 상기 추체 공간(S)을 기준으로 튀어나오는 부분이 없게 하는 동시에, 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)와 알맞게 접촉하여 지지되도록 하는 위치이다. 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)로 분할되어 삽입됨으로써, 삽입이 용이하며, 삽입 후에 정위치시키는 작업이 용이한 효과가 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)를 나타내는 사시도이다.
바람직한 실시예로서, 상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)는 삽입 방향을 향하는 일단의 폭이 타단의 폭에 비해 좁은 단면 형상으로 구비될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)의 삽입이 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
또한, 케이지(10)는 인체 내부에 삽입되어야 하므로 선삽입부(11)및 후삽입부(12)의 외주면이 각진 경우 장기, 근육 및 신경에 손상을 가할 수 있으므로, 각 외주면은 각진 곳이 없이 라운드 처리되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 실시예에서는 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)의 외주면은 곡면으로 형성된 것을 기준으로 설명한다.
보다 바람직한 실시예로서, 상기 선삽입부(11)의 일측 방향에는 제1 곡면(110)이 구비되고, 상기 후삽입부(12)의 타측 방향에는 제2 곡면(120)이 구비되도록 구비될 수 있다.
보다 바람직한 실시예로서, 상기 제1 곡면(110)은 일측 방향으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 제1 볼록부(111) 및 상기 제1 볼록부(111)와 인접하여 형성되는 제1 오목부(112)를 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 곡면(120)은 상기 제1 볼록부(111) 및 상기 제1 오목부(112)에 대응되는 제2 오목부(121) 및 제2 볼록부(122)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 각 볼록부 및 오목부가 구비됨에 따라, 수술자가 제1 곡면(110) 및 제2 곡면(120)을 대응시켜 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)를 결합하는 것이 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
이하, 도 5 내지 도 8을 참고하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)의 결합에 대하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선삽입부(11)가 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 정위치된 것을 나타내는 평면도이다.
선삽입부(11)는 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 삽입되되, 제1 곡면(110)이 형성된 상기 일측 방향에 후삽입부(12)가 위치하게 될 공간을 남겨놓도록 정위치된다. 즉, 추체 공간(S)의 중심을 기준으로 상기 타측 방향 부분에 정위치하게 된다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 후삽입부(12)가 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 삽입되는 것을 나타내는 평면도이다. 본 실시예에서는 제1 곡면(110) 중 전방 부분에 제1 볼록부(111)가 형성되고, 후방 부분에 제1 오목부(112)가 형성된 것을 기준으로 설명한다.
후삽입부(12)는 척추 뼈(V)의 전방으로부터 삽입되되, 추체 공간(S)의 중심을 기준으로 상기 일측 방향 부분을 향하여 삽입된다. 이에 따라, 제2 볼록부(122)가 제1 볼록부(111)와 접촉하게 되며, 제1 볼록부(111)를 따라 이동하며 삽입된다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 후삽입부(12)가 선삽입부(11)와 대응되도록 이동되는 것을 나타내는 평면도이다.
후삽입부(12)가 삽입됨에 따라 제2 오목부(121)가 제1 볼록부(111)와 접촉하게 되고, 제2 오목부(121)가 제1 볼록부(111)를 따라 이동하여 제2 볼록부(122)가 제1 오목부(112)의 위치로 유도된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 후삽입부(12)가 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 정위치된 것을 나타내는 평면도이다.
제1 볼록부(111) 및 제2 오목부(121)가 대응되도록 결합되고, 제1 오목부(112) 및 제2 볼록부(122)가 대응되도록 결합됨으로써, 후삽입부(12)가 선삽입부(11)의 상기 일측 방향에 정위치하게 된다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)는 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)로 분할되어 삽입되므로 삽입 수술이 용이하며, 선삽입부(11)에 구비된 제1 곡면(110) 및 후삽입부(12)에 구비된 제2 곡면(120)의 대응을 통해 용이하게 결합된다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이지(10)가 척추 사이에 삽입된 것을 나타내는 측면도이다. 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)는 정상적인 상태의 척추가 이루는 전만곡에 따라 수평에 대하여 소정의 각도를 이루고 있다. 이하, 상부 뼈(V1)가 수평에 대하여 이루는 각도를 상부 각도(c1)라고 하고, 하부 뼈(V2)가 수평에 대하여 이루는 각도를 하부 각도(c2)라고 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면에는 상부 경사면(201) 및 하부 경사면(202)이 구비되고, 각 경사면은 케이지(10)가 삽입 방향(D1)으로 삽입되었을 때 정위치될 수 있도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상세하게, 상부 경사면(201)은 케이지(10)가 정위치되었을 때 상부 뼈(V1)의 하면에 대응되고, 하부 경사면(202)은 케이지(10)가 정위치되었을 때 하부 뼈(V2)의 상면에 대응된다. 즉, 케이지의 상부 경사면(201)은 수평에 대하여 상부 각도(c1)를 이루는 경사면으로 구비되고, 케이지의 하부 경사면(202)은 수평에 대하여 하부 각도(c2)를 이루는 경사면으로 구비된다.
도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이지(10)의 상부 경사면(201)을 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 10의 오른쪽 윗방향 및 왼쪽 아랫방향에 나타난 도형(P)은 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)를 각 측면 방향에 대하여 투영시킨 외곽선을 나타낸 것이다. 선삽입부(11)의 상면에는 제1 상부 경사면(2011)이 형성되고, 후삽입부(12)의 상면에는 제2 상부 경사면(2012)이 형성된다. 도 10에 나타난 것과 같이, 제1 상부 경사면(2011) 및 제2 상부 경사면(2012)은 상부 뼈(V1)의 하면이 수평에 대하여 이루는 상부 각도(c1)에 대응되는 경사로 구비된다. 하부 경사면(202)은 도 10에 표시되지 않았지만, 상부 경사면(201)과 마찬가지로 하부 뼈(V2)의 상면이 수평에 대하여 이루는 하부 각도(c2)에 대응되는 경사로 구비된다. 이에 따라, 케이지(10)가 추체 공간(S)에 정위치 될 수 있다.
한편, 도 9를 참조하면, 경사면(200)은 척추 뼈(V) 전방의 소정의 영역(FS)을 제외한 영역에만 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 소정의 영역(FS)에 해당되는 부분은 수평으로 구비되어 척추 뼈(V)의 전방에 가해지는 하중을 분산시킨다. 바람직하게는, 상기 소정의 영역(FS)과 경사면(200)의 경계 모서리는 라운드 처리되어 구비되어 척추 뼈(V)에 부드럽게 대응될 수 있고, 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)에 손상을 가하지 않도록 한다. 도 10에서는 선삽입부(11)의 상기 소정의 영역(FS)에 해당되는 부분을 제1 소정의 영역(FS1)으로, 후삽입부(12)의 상기 소정의 영역(FS)에 해당되는 부분을 제2 소정의 영역(FS2)으로 도시하였다.
도 11은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 케이지(10)의 성장 공간부(300)를 나타내는 수직 단면도이다. 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)는 성장(R)되는 척추 뼈가 침투되어 고정될 수 있도록 성장 공간부(300)가 형성될 수 있다. 상세하게, 성장 공간부(300)는 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면이 음각되어 형성되는 공간이고, 케이지(10)와 접한 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)가 성장하여 성장 공간부(300)로 침투하게 된다. 또한, 성장 공간부(300)는 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면을 관통하도록 개구되어 형성될 수도 있다. 본 실시예에서 성장 공간부(300)는 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면이 관통하도록 개구되어 형성되는 것을 기준으로 설명한다.
상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)는 케이지(10)에 의해 지지되되, 성장 공간부(300)에 해당하는 부분은 성장 공간부(300)를 통해 케이지(10) 내부 방향으로 침투하도록 성장(R)하게 된다. 즉, 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)는 케이지(10)에 의해 지지되는 부분에 비해 성장 공간부(300)를 통해 성장(R)하여 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)가 융합된다. 따라서, 상부 뼈(V1), 하부 뼈(V2) 및 케이지(10)가 견고하게 결합되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 성장 공간부(300)에 의해 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면이 관통되어 구비됨으로써, 케이지(10)에 가해지는 하중이 성장 공간부(300)의 둘레를 따라 분산되므로 케이지(10)의 강도가 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 성장 공간부(300)는 복수개로 나뉘어 구비됨으로써, 케이지(10)의 강도를 높일 수 있다. 본 설명에서는 선삽입부(11) 및 후삽입부(12)에 각각 복수의 성장 공간부(300)가 형성된 것을 기준으로 설명하였다. 복수의 성장 공간부(300)가 각각 하중을 분산시키므로 단일 성장 공간부(300)로 형성될 때에 비해 강도가 높아진다.
한편, 케이지(10)가 삽입되는 과정에서 시술자의 육안으로 케이지(10)를 직접 관찰하는 것으로는 상기 정위치 여부를 파악하기 어려울 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)는 위치 검출부(400)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상세하게, 위치 검출부(400)가 케이지(10)의 미리 지정된 내부에 하나 이상 구비되고, 상기 위치 검출부(400)는 위치 판독 장치를 통해 감지됨으로써 수술자에게 정확한 삽입 위치에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, x-ray와 같은 투시 수단을 이용한 위치 판독 장치가 구비될 경우, 위치 검출부(400)가 금속 재질로 구비됨으로써 x-ray에 의해 위치 검출부(400)의 위치가 정확하게 나타나고, 이에 따라 케이지(10)의 위치를 정확하게 파악할 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위치 검출부(400)를 나타내는 평면도이고, 도 13은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위치 검출부(400)를 나타내는 사시도이다. 본 실시예에 따르면, 위치 검출부(400)는 케이지(10)의 상측 및 하측을 향하는 기둥형태로 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 위치 검출부(400)는 기둥 형태로 구비되되, 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면을 관통하도록 구비될 수 있다.
도 14는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위치 검출부(400)를 나타내는 배면도이다. 각 위치 검출부(400)가 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면을 관통하도록 구비됨으로써, 위치 판독 장치에 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면이 직접 나타나지 않더라도 위치 검출부(400)에 의해 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면을 파악할 수 있다.
또한, 위치 판독 장치에 케이지(10)가 직접적으로 나타나지 않는 경우, 케이지(10)의 상하 구분이 어려울 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 적어도 하나 이상의 상하 검출부(401)가 구비될 수 있다. 상세하게, 상기 위치 검출부(400)는 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면을 관통하는 길이로 구비되고, 상하 검출부(401)는 상기 위치 검출부(400)보다 짧은 길이로 구비되어 케이지(10)의 상면 또는 하면만을 관통하도록 구비된다. 따라서, 상하 검출부(401)에 의해 케이지(10)의 상부 및 하부가 비대칭으로 나타나고, 위치 판독 장치로 나타난 위치 검출부(400)의 비대칭성을 통해 케이지(10)의 상부 및 하부를 구분할 수 있게 된다. 본 실시예에서는 상하 검출부(401)는 케이지(10)의 상면만을 관통하는 것을 기준으로 설명하였다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 케이지(10)는 상면 및 하면에 구비된 복수의 돌기(500)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 도 15는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 돌기(500)를 나타내는 사시도이다. 케이지(10)의 상면 및 하면에 돌출되어 형성된 복수의 돌기(500)가 구비됨으로써 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)와의 결합이 견고해질 수 있다. 상기 성장 공간부(300)를 통한 고정과 더불어, 돌기(500)에 의해 케이지(10)가 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2) 사이에 고정됨으로써, 케이지(10)의 이탈이 방지되고, 케이지(10)가 안정적으로 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)를 지지할 수 있게 된다.
상기한 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예는 예시의 목적으로 개시된 것이고, 본 발명에 대해 통상의 지식을 가진 당업자라면 본 발명의 사상과 범위 안에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 부가가 가능할 것이며, 이러한 수정, 변경 및 부가는 상기의 특허청구 범위에 속하는 것으로 보아야 할 것이다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서, 여러 가지 치환, 변형 및 변경이 가능하므로, 본 발명은 전술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니다.

Claims (11)

  1. 복수의 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 삽입되는 케이지에 있어서,
    상기 척추 뼈(V)의 전방으로부터 삽입되어 상기 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 정위치되고 일측 방향에 제1 곡면(110)이 형성되는 선삽입부(11); 및
    상기 선삽입부(11)의 일측면에 결합되어 상기 척추 뼈(V) 사이에 정위치되고 타측 방향에 제2 곡면(120)이 형성되는 후삽입부(12);를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 곡면(110)은 일측 방향으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 제1 볼록부(111) 및 상기 제1 볼록부(111)와 인접하여 형성되는 제1 오목부(112)를 더 포함하며,
    상기 제2 곡면(120)은 상기 제1 볼록부(111) 및 상기 제1 오목부(112)에 대응되는 제2 오목부(121) 및 제2 볼록부(122)를 더 포함하고,
    상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)의 계합시, 상기 제1 곡면(110) 및 상기 제2 곡면(120)은 서로 대응되도록 면접촉을 이루며,
    상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)는, 삽입 방향을 향하는 일단의 폭이 타단의 폭에 비해 좁은 단면 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지.

    상기 후삽입부(12)는, 상기 제2 오목부(121)가 상기 제1 곡면(110)을 따라 이동하도록 삽입되어,

    상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)는 성장(R)되는 척추 뼈가 침투되어 고정될 수 있도록 성장 공간부(300)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)는 상면 및 하면이 개구되어 성장 공간부(300)가 형성됨으로써, 상부 뼈(V1) 및 하부 뼈(V2)가 성장(R)되어 융합되는 공간을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)는 미리 지정된 내부에 상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)의 상기 정위치를 검출하는 위치 검출부(400)가 하나 이상 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    복수의 상기 위치 검출부(400)는 상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)의 상면 및 하면을 관통하는 길이로 구비되고,
    복수의 상기 위치 검출부(400) 중 적어도 하나는 상하 검출부(401)이고,
    상기 상하 검출부(401)는 상기 위치 검출부(400)보다 짧은 길이로 구비되어 상기 선삽입부(11) 및 상기 후삽입부(12)의 상면 또는 하면만을 관통하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이지.
