Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air pollutant prevention facility, and more particularly, to an air pollutant prevention facility implemented to remove gaseous air pollutants contained in exhaust gas generated inside a factory, etc.
In general, a dust collection facility is a pollution prevention facility that can prevent air pollution and improve the working environment by collecting dust generated during operation. For example, coal used as fuel in the operation of a blast furnace in a steel mill is burned in a coke oven to produce coke, and a large amount of coke dust is generated during this coke production process or in the process of stocking, discharging, and transporting the produced coke. In addition, a large amount of dust is also generated in the temper rolling process in which a cold-rolled sheet is passed through a plurality of rolls in order to impart appropriate mechanical properties to the cold-rolled product. Therefore, a dust collecting facility for treating the dust is provided at the operation place where dust is generated, so that the dust can be collected and treated.
The dust collecting facility sucks the dust-containing gas from the dust generating place into the dust collecting hood by the pressure of the suction fan, and the dust-containing gas sucked into the dust collecting hood passes through the filtration chamber and is separated into gas and dust. The filtered gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the stack through the clean room and exhaust pipe communicating with the filter room, and the separated dust is stored in a dust storage device and is periodically discharged.
The dust collecting facility can be operated by various methods such as electrolysis, dry and wet methods, among which, in the case of a dust collecting facility operated by a wet method, dust is separated from the dust-containing gas by passing the dust-containing gas through the collected water in the dust collecting facility, can be removed
In the case of a dust collecting facility operated in a wet method, the collected water is contained in the filtration and clean rooms provided inside, and the dust contained in the gas is separated as the dust-containing gas passes through the collected water contained in the filtration and clean rooms. The gas from which the dust is separated is discharged to the outside through the clean room, and the separated dust is stored as sludge in the filter room and the storage that communicates with the clean room. At this time, large bubbles are generated in the clean room while the dust-containing gas moves from the filtration room to the clean room. However, as the bubbles burst, the dust collected in the bubbles scatters and leaks into the air through the clean room, thereby contaminating the environment.
