Description
The present invention relates to a pipe irradiation robot, and more particularly, by attaching an ultrasonic sensing unit to the pipe irradiation robot to check the damaged area inside the pipe through this, damage to the pipe even when the view is blurred by the scattering product It relates to a robot for inspecting pipes that can quickly check a site and improve work efficiency.
Pipes buried underground for water supply and sewerage, electrical lines and communication lines wiring, etc., deteriorate over time after construction and require repair. In particular, in the case of a pipe to which an electric line or communication line is wired, when the service life of the previously installed electric or communication line is over, it is removed and a new line is inserted. If there are protrusions or perforations inside the pipe, it becomes difficult to put the wire in, so it is necessary to repair the damaged pipe before entering the pipe.
As a method of repairing pipes, the old excavation-type repair method takes a lot of money and time to excavate and repave the ground where the pipes are buried, and during construction, traffic disturbances around the site, soil and debris There were many problems, such as causing contamination. Accordingly, in recent years, a non-excavation method has been used in which a robot is inserted into a pipe without excavating the ground to inspect and repair an abnormal part inside the pipe.
A normal robot used in this non-excavation method is configured in a structure in which a camera is mounted on a vehicle body equipped with wheels or caterpillars. While moving by an external control device connected through a cable, the robot captures and transmits the internal state of the pipe with a camera, and checks the damaged part of the pipe only through the transmitted image.
Since the above-mentioned conventional pipe inspection robot has a structure to check the damaged part by sequentially photographing the inside of the pipe part by part while rotating the camera in the circumferential direction with the camera facing the radial direction of the pipe, the abnormal part inside the pipe It takes a lot of time and effort to investigate the pipe, and it is difficult to accurately determine the overall deformation and protruding height of the inside of the pipe. In addition, since an operation structure and a driving device for rotating the camera in all directions are added, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and the manufacturing cost is high.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to attach an ultrasonic sensing unit to the pipe irradiation robot to check the damaged area inside the pipe through this, so that even when the field of view is blurred by scattering products It is to provide a pipe inspection robot capable of improving work efficiency by quickly checking the damaged part of the pipe.
