Description
The present invention relates to a prefabricated porous water-permeable block, and more particularly, to a prefabricated porous water-permeable block with improved strength, ductility and durability.
Due to the low permeability of the sidewalk block or interlocking block, the depletion of groundwater and deformation of the ground may occur. As time goes by, foreign substances accumulate in the gaps in the pores and the water permeability is significantly reduced. Accordingly, due to the decrease in water outflow and increase in the absorption rate of the permeable block, damage by freezing and thawing and deterioration of durability may occur in winter.
Moreover, porous concrete without physical supplementation does not maintain a certain strength and porosity, and it does not secure the same durability as conventional concrete. It causes block breakage and aggregate loss, and can adversely affect the surrounding aesthetics as well as decrease the durability.
In addition, in the case of permeable concrete or permeable asphalt concrete, if a part of the sidewalk needs to be cut in construction that requires ground excavation such as water supply and electricity, restoration after construction is difficult, and the original aesthetics are lost even after restoration.
In addition, in the case of poor compaction of the base during the block construction process, partial sag and drop-out of the permeable blocks may occur due to ground subsidence due to soil loss, which causes deterioration in durability and loss of function of the entire block.
In Korean Patent No. 1282096, it has a water permeable structure while preventing partial settlement of the sidewalk block, and can shorten the construction time, and has high applicability because conventional boundary stones and sidewalk blocks that are widely used in the prior art can be used as they are. Although the permeable sidewalk block settlement prevention structure is disclosed, the permeable passage and the stepwise assembly structure of the present invention are not described.

Referring to FIG. 4 , in the block frame 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the
In order to maximize the permeability effect of the prefabricated porous
In the present invention, if the cement-aggregate ratio is less than 25%, the compressive strength may be lowered, and if it exceeds 30%, the porosity of the water-permeable block may be lowered. In addition, if the water-cement ratio is less than 20%, the porosity of the water-permeable block may decrease, and if it exceeds 25%, the compressive strength may decrease.
In addition, if the content of the high-performance water reducing agent is less than 0.3% by weight, the fluidity of the paste may be reduced, which may be disadvantageous for the pouring operation, and if it exceeds 0.5% by weight, the compressive strength may decrease as well as material separation may occur.
The high-performance water reducing agent is an admixture used to even out small air bubbles in concrete when constructing concrete. The water reducing agent is a surfactant having excellent foaming properties, and it improves freeze-thaw resistance, corrosion resistance, durability, etc. by evenly generating small bubbles in concrete. In addition, the water reducing agent has secondary effects such as facilitating the pouring operation by improving the fluidity of the concrete composition for bridge pavement, reducing the thermal conductivity of hardened concrete, and improving watertightness.
In general, the water reduction rate of the water reducing agent used in the concrete composition for bridge pavement is generally about 10 to 15%, but among them, the water reduction rate of 20 to 30% is collectively referred to as a high performance water reducing agent in the present invention. The high-performance water reducing agent is preferably made of a naphthalene type, melamine type, polycarboxylic acid type, amino sulfonic acid type water reducing agent, or a mixture thereof.
