A sheet mask for outdoor use is disclosed. The present invention, which has a structure consisting of an outer layer and a vent layer, is configured such that vent holes, which are formed in the vent layer, are filled with a nourishing and moisturizing agent, so that the breathability of the vent layer allows sweat to be easily discharged and the nourishing and moisturizing agent to be brought into close contact with the skin.
