Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a non-exposed steel waterproofing material and a roof waterproofing structure including the same, and more specifically, it is possible to fundamentally block the occurrence of leaks, as well as increase the durability of the product and extend the life of the product, It relates to a non-exposed steel waterproofing material and a roof waterproofing structure including the same, which can be improved in practicality due to high structural factors and, above all, easy and simple to construct and easy to maintain in the future.
Buildings such as concrete structures are prone to leaks and condensation due to cracks over time, so their durability is weakened and aging is accelerated. In particular, in recent years, many flat roofs are being constructed as buildings have grown in size. In the case of flat roofs, structurally, rainwater tends to collect easily, so there is a large problem in the possibility of leakage. Therefore, it can be said that waterproof construction is essential in order to prevent leakage of the building roof slab.
이러한 아스팔트 시트는 단섬유 부직포, 연신 필름, 미연신 필름 등의 심재에 스트레이트 아스팔트와 APP(Atactic Polypropylene) 또는 SBS(Styrene Butadiene styrene)를 함침하거나 피복한 건축자재이다.In this regard, as a waterproof construction method currently widely used, a method using an asphalt sheet is known representatively. The asphalt sheet is a building material in which straight asphalt and APP (Atactic Polypropylene) or SBS (Styrene Butadiene styrene) are impregnated or coated on the core material of a short fiber nonwoven fabric, a stretched film, an unstretched film, etc.
In the conventional waterproofing construction method using an asphalt sheet, as shown in FIG. 1, a primer is applied to the surface of the
Thereafter, the
However, the conventional waterproof construction method described above has a problem in that time and manpower are wasted because the process is complicated, and when heating asphalt, heating costs occur due to the use of oil, and also cause environmental pollution because carbon dioxide or harmful gases are emitted. There is a high possibility of safety accidents occurring during the operation of heating equipment.
In addition, in the conventional method of treating the parapet part in waterproof construction of a roof slab, a member (cant strip) having a triangular cross section is put in a right angle part, a waterproof sheet is extended and attached to the parapet part, and the upper part is water There is a method of installing a protective wall after boiling treatment (flashing), but this method has problems in that the process is complicated and frequent defects occur.
Accordingly, an alternative for solving the above problem has been disclosed in FIG. 2 . 2, the
However, since this conventional parapet treatment method requires the use of
On the other hand, in the case of asphalt sheets developed so far, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a required waterproofing effect due to low practical waterproofing performance or strength, and cracks frequently occur during low-temperature construction. Not only that, but according to the conventional waterproofing construction method, the effect of preventing water leakage due to cracks in the building can be obtained to some extent, but the insulating effect for securing heat retention is inevitably insufficient.
Therefore, in order to obtain insulation performance in addition to waterproof performance, a heat insulating layer must be provided separately from the waterproof layer.
In other words, in the case of the prior art including FIGS. 1 and 2, it is not a perfect technology for roof waterproofing, and thus causes many problems.
In particular, in the case of the prior art, after waterproofing, the construction is finished by covering a material called a steel plate.
In the case of the prior art, since the piece (bolt) used for fixing the steel plate is exposed to the outside, there is a problem that may cause leakage in the future. In particular, it may cause damage to raw materials due to not only rust generated on the piece itself, but also deterioration that occurs when the piece is fastened.
In addition, in the case of the prior art, since the piece is exposed to the outside, there is a problem that not only practicality is lowered, but also the aesthetics is not good.
