The present invention relates to a coupling device for a mother ship and an unmanned aquatic craft, and more particularly, to a coupling wire provided in a crane of a mother ship, a circular heading number formed at one end of the coupling wire, and a coupling unit formed at the leading side of the unmanned aquatic craft Including, wherein the fastening portion is formed to protrude in an inclined shape when connecting the mother ship and the unmanned watercraft from one surface of the deck of the unmanned watercraft, and the heading water moves along the inclination of the fastening portion and is fastened to increase efficiency It is an invention that can prevent crew injuries by connecting the mother ship to the unmanned watercraft without the need for crew members to board the unmanned watercraft.
As the unmanned technology of ships develops, it can be used for various military operations such as anti-submarine warfare, anti-mine anti-ship warfare, surveillance, reconnaissance, maritime intelligence investigation, information operation, etc. In order to carry out this field, the development of unmanned watercraft is being actively carried out.
When operating the unmanned surface craft in the sea, the unmanned surface craft is mounted on the mother ship and carried around when necessary, the unmanned surface craft is launched and the operation is performed, and after the operation is completed, the unmanned surface craft is retrieved back to the mother ship (LARS (Launch & Recovery)) A true recovery method called System) is being used. The Davit method and the method using the stern ramp are most commonly used for this method, and the Mission Bay method for ships of 2,000 tons or more is also considered.
The above-described method can reduce the time for moving the unmanned watercraft to the mother ship after drying, and can also reduce the time for moving the unmanned watercraft from the mother ship to the ocean.
However, in order to recover the unmanned surface craft to the mother ship after the work is completed, the combination device is fastened to the unmanned surface craft by using heavy equipment such as a crane from the mother ship, or the crew member moves directly from the mother ship to the unmanned surface craft and hangs the coupling device. award will be returned.
In this case, the connection may not be smooth due to inaccurate fastening in the sea area with high wave height or strong wind speed, and the inaccurate location of the recovery equipment from the crane to the unmanned water craft.
In addition, if the crew has to board the unmanned watercraft from the mothership and connect the bonding wire or hook to connect and retrieve the unmanned watercraft, the unmanned watercraft shakes or overturns due to the safety problem of the crew and the high wave height, causing the flight attendants to lose their lives in the sea. Falls and falls may occur.
Therefore, there is a need for a device for combining the mother ship and the unmanned surface craft that does not require the crew to board the unmanned surface craft to increase the accuracy of seating the coupling device on the unmanned surface craft and for the safety of the crew.
It is an object of the present invention to secure the coupling device fastened to the unmanned watercraft without the need for a crew member to directly board the unmanned watercraft in order to secure the coupling device with heavy equipment to the unmanned watercraft or install a recovery means in the unmanned watercraft. Here, the heading
In addition, due to the curved shape of the
For this reason, there is an effect of increasing the fastening properties and preventing the loosening of the fastening to prevent failures and accidents that may occur due to the loosening of the fastening.
4 and 5 , a plurality of heading

1. Evaluation of surface appearance
Due to the difference in viscosity of the coating composition, after the coating layer was prepared, sensory evaluation was performed on whether a uniform surface was formed. Whether or not a uniform coating layer was formed was evaluated, and evaluation was performed according to the following criteria.
Formation of a non-uniform coating layer
When the coating layer is formed, if the viscosity is less than a certain level, a flow occurs on the surface of the
The aluminum plate was immersed in a beaker containing a 10 wt% CuCl2 aqueous solution, and the degree of corrosion was checked over time.
If the generation of hydrogen gas is confirmed with the naked eye, it will mean that corrosion occurs, and it was confirmed whether corrosion occurred until 24 hours had elapsed.
Corrosion
No corrosion
As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the control aluminum plate was placed in a beaker and hydrogen gas was generated shortly thereafter, and copper was precipitated in less than 1 hour. In the case of TX1, hydrogen gas was generated after 3 hours, and copper precipitation was confirmed after 6 hours. In the case of other coating layers, corrosion did not occur even after 24 hours had elapsed, and it was confirmed that there was an excellent effect in preventing corrosion.
