Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a traffic accident risk detection notification system using a radar and LED fused with AI technology to prevent accidents that may occur on a road in a blind spot, and more specifically, to a radar that detects the speed of an object and In order to inform drivers or pedestrians of the risk of accidents, LED signage and floodlights are used to prevent possible traffic accidents on the road, thereby improving safety. Therefore, it is related to a traffic accident risk detection and notification system using radar and LED that can give attention or alert to drivers and pedestrians.
The main cause of traffic accidents occurring at non-signaled intersections in Korea is that they did not know in advance about the approach of vehicles or pedestrians out of sight and did not respond.
Currently, various systems such as traffic safety signs, speed bumps, zigzag lanes, road reflectors, and gaze guide rods are being implemented to prevent traffic accidents on the road.
Despite the implementation of this system, when looking at the National Police Agency statistical data, if we analyze the trend of the number of traffic accidents over the past five years, the number of accidents is similar or insignificant, but the value of the current systems is increasing. It makes you reconsider how well you are performing.
In particular, when looking at the accident rate at intersections and single roads, it was slightly higher at intersections at similar levels, and the highest accident rate at crosswalks within intersections. It should be noted that the most frequent accidents occurred at the edge of the road while driving at crosswalks. It can be seen that both drivers and pedestrians are most exposed to the risk of accidents that can occur in blind spots.
In the case of child protection zones, where the driving speed must be maintained at 30 km or less, the width of the road is narrower than the general road environment and many young students who are relatively shorter than adults pass, so the majority of accidents occur because they do not enter the driver's view. It can be seen that the probability of traffic accidents occurring in the environment is higher.
As the most representative traffic accident prevention system recently implemented, in the case of the intersection reminder, a groove is installed on the road surface, LED lamps are installed, and the vehicle entering the intersection is detected and the LED lights installed on the floor inform the vehicle entrance. Several domestic companies have developed such a product, and each city and city across the country has received the city's budget and installed it on an alleyway or road within a children's protection zone.
What these intersection alert systems have in common is that it is a safety accident prevention measure that autonomously reduces speed through the driver's proactive response, assuming that the driver saw the LED light on the road floor.
For this reason, considering the driver's field of vision, if the vehicle approaches the alarm system without the driver seeing the LED of the alarm system in advance, the driver's field of vision may pass without seeing the LED light. This problem is highly likely to occur in that the installation height of the LED is almost the same as the floor, especially since the location where the system is installed is a method in which a groove is made in the road floor and more than half of the body is inserted into the ground. can
In addition, most of these systems are always blinking, so when the vehicle does not enter, the yellow LED blinks at all times, and when the vehicle enters, the red LED blinks. At this time, the problem of such constant blinking is that if pedestrians or drivers who are accustomed to always blinking LEDs do not look at the LEDs carefully, they may mistake the red LED for blinking yellow LEDs and cause a traffic accident due to a mistake in judgment.
In particular, the optical illusion effect of the LED blinking color has a limitation in that it can occur depending on the effect of clear and cloudy weather and the user's viewing angle difference.

(S12)Then, the
(S13)And, the
Here, a target for acquiring information about the moving direction, speed, and size of the driving device and the pedestrian may be limited to a moving object, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. Also, whether there is a motion with respect to the object can be sufficiently known through analysis of Doppler information reflected from the object.
(S14)For example, the
In this case, the Doppler information includes information on the moving direction of the object.
