Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waste electric pole treatment system that can minimize the generation of dust during crushing for aggregate recycling of waste concrete poles (hereinafter referred to as 'waste poles') and can increase the crushing efficiency of the waste poles.
In general, abolished telegraph poles refer to ground installations such as electric poles and fixed posts or fences that have reached the end of their lifespan. Telephone poles are usually made of high-strength concrete products by mixing high-strength rebar, gravel, sand, and cement materials so that they can be used for several decades.
In this case, the gravel used for manufacturing the telephone pole has a certain size, and the sand is a high-quality product without a soil branch. Accordingly, it is possible to create an economical effect in the case of recycling by crushing the waste telegraph poles that have reached the end of their useful life.
Regarding this 'method for manufacturing recycled aggregate using waste telegraph poles', an earlier application has been filed in the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-1983269 (published on May 29, 2019), etc., by the present applicant.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 , in the prior art, during the crushing operation for recycling the waste telegraph poles, the waste telegraph poles were crushed using a tongs-type crusher mounted on the tip of a boom such as an excavator. However, as most of the waste telecommunications pole crushing work using the same method as in the prior art proceeds in an outdoor space, a significant amount of dust may be generated.
In addition, the generated dust may pollute the workplace environment and adversely affect the health of workers, and if the dust spreads to nearby private houses, civil complaints may occur.
To prevent this, the watering worker used a water hose to spray water to prevent dust from scattering during the crushing operation of the waste poles at the work site.
However, this method is difficult to effectively block the scattering of dust, and there is also a risk of safety accidents occurring at dangerous work sites.
The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and it is possible to minimize the generation of dust during the crushing operation for the recycling of the aggregate of the waste electrical pole, and to provide a system for treating the waste electrical pole so as to increase the crushing efficiency of the waste electrical pole. The generation of dust can be prevented to some extent in advance by first washing the
Waste telephone
In the above, the present invention has been illustrated and described with reference to specific specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes and modifications are possible without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.
