상기 제2절연층의 타면 상에 배치된 제3회로층; 을 포함하며,
상기 제2회로층은 상기 제1회로층 및 상기 제3회로층 대비 미세피치의 회로패턴을 가지고,
상기 제1 및 제3회로층은 비아를 통해 연결되는, 인쇄회로기판.
