The facility device

The main component determination module may determine the main component associated with the abnormal signal. For example, when an abnormality is detected in a temperature signal among monitoring information, a component capable of generating heat in a corresponding facility device may be determined as a major component.
In addition, the virtual environment generation module may generate a virtual environment for precise diagnosis by applying respective monitoring information to parts other than the corresponding main part. For simulation, a virtual environment identical to that of an actual facility device must be established, and the virtual environment creation module can play a role in establishing such a virtual environment. Information necessary for establishing the virtual environment may be set in advance and stored in the
In addition, the simulation execution module can simulate the operation of the main parts in the virtual environment. When the virtual environment is established, a simulation can be performed in an environment in which the facility actually operates normally, and an output can be generated accordingly.
In addition, the diagnosis result generating module may generate a precise diagnosis result by comparing the operation signal of the main component and the abnormal signal generated by the simulation. That is, if the difference between the simulation result generated by the diagnostic result generating module and the actual collected abnormal signal is large, it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the operation of the corresponding facility device, and an emergency inspection is requested from the manager or a warning message is provided to an external system. can
