Abstract

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of stepping stones for preventing foreign substances from entering and for walking, which is to prevent foreign substances other than rainwater from entering a drainage ditch by installing the stepping stones instead of steel grating, and to use the same for a sidewalk, in such as a country house or walkway. An objective of the present invention is to prevent foreign substances from being introduced into the drainage ditch by manufacturing stepping stones for installation in the drainage ditch. In addition, the purpose is to manufacture stepping stones that allow rainwater to pass smoothly by allowing an adhesive solution to dry smoothly without agglomeration in one place. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing stepping stones for use as a sidewalk for roads, in such as country houses and walkways.

Description

이물질 유입 방지 및 도보용 디딤돌 제조방법 {Method of manufacturing stepping stones to prevent foreign substances from entering and to walk in}{Method of manufacturing stepping stones to prevent foreign substances from entering and to walk in}

The present invention relates to a method for preventing the inflow of foreign substances and manufacturing a stepping stone for walking, and it is installed in a rain gutter instead of a steel grating to prevent foreign substances other than rainwater from entering the drain, and to use it as a walking sidewalk such as a country house, a walkway, etc. It relates to a method of manufacturing a stepping stone for preventing the inflow of foreign substances.

In general, a drain cover, which is one of various types of drainage facilities, is provided on the upper part of a drain provided on a roadside, park, amusement park, etc. so that rainwater or sewage can be smoothly drained while filtering relatively bulky foreign substances.

Such a conventional drainage cover has a bearing bar in the form of flat iron or an alphabet letter (I) between the side frames of the frame in the width and length directions, and cross bars in the form of rods or screws are crossed at the top of the bearing bar. , that is, it is conventional to be formed in the form of a mesh, which has the advantage that rainwater or sewage can be smoothly drained while filtering out bulky foreign substances.

However, due to the problem of not being able to filter out foreign substances such as cigarette butts or fallen leaves, which are relatively small in volume, the drainage passage is dirty and the appearance is not beautiful, and in the end, the drainage passage is blocked by the small-volume foreign material. In particular, there was a problem in that the odor generated in the lower part of the drain could not be blocked and was discharged as it is.

The adhesive used in the adhesive mixing step (S2) is preferably an epoxy adhesive for strong adhesion between Masato, but is not limited thereto.

In addition, the mixing ratio of adhesive and Masato is determined differently when Masato is opposite and neutral.

When the type of Masato is opposite, the ratio of Masato (opposite): adhesive is 20-40:1, preferably 30:1, and when the type of Masato is neutral, the ratio of Masato (neutral): adhesive is 20~ It is 40:1 and is preferably formed in a ratio of 30:1. When an adhesive with a ratio smaller than the above value is used, the bonding strength between Masato is lowered. When an adhesive with a ratio higher than the above value is used, an excessive amount is used. The adhesive is accumulated between the containers 100, resulting in a problem of quality deterioration.

That is, for example,

When manufacturing a stepping stone using the stepping stone manufacturing container 100 of size 300mm*340mm*50T,

Per Masato (large) 4.6 kg (based on 300mm*340mm*50T), 100g of epoxy adhesive main agent and 50g hardener are mixed,

Per Masato (neutral) 1.8kg (300mm*340mm*50T standard), 40g of epoxy adhesive main agent and 20g hardener are mixed.

A plurality of air circulation grooves 110 are formed in the stepping stone manufacturing container 100, so that air circulation is good and drying is fast, which helps to improve productivity.
