Description
The present invention relates to a flexible display device, and more particularly, to a flexible display device including a plurality of layers and having excellent flex resistance and durability.
Recently, the display market is rapidly changing mainly for flat panel displays that can be easily large and lightweight. Such flat panel displays include a liquid crystal display (LCD), a plasma display panel (PDP), an organic electroluminescence display (OLED), and the like.
A window substrate for protecting the display panel from an external environment may be disposed on the display panel. Tack energy was evaluated using a tack tester equipment (ChemiLab). The release film of the adhesive sheet having a width and length of 50 mm, respectively, was peeled off, laminated on a glass substrate, and left on the equipment. As a tack probe, a 1/4 inch ball was used. After bonding the probe to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a force of 1N, the probe was raised at a rate of 10 μm/sec to obtain a tack graph. Tack energy was calculated by calculating the lower area of the tack graph.
(2) Flexural resistance

A sample is prepared by cutting the flexible display device prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples to a size of 100 mm × 10 mm, and when the sample is mounted on a tester, the samples are respectively reversely bonded so that a flexural tension is added to the organic light emitting layer. , the other sample was processed so that bending compressive stress was applied to the organic light emitting layer. After mounting the sample, evaluation was performed 200,000 times at a rate of 3R, 30 times/min.
Then, the bending portion of the sample was observed with an optical microscope (ECLIPSE LV100ND, NIKON) to evaluate the bending resistance according to the following criteria.

About 0.25 g of the adhesive layer of an adhesive sheet was affixed to the wire mesh (100 mm x 100 mm) of 250 mesh which was precisely weighed, and it wrapped so that a gel might not leak out. After accurately measuring the weight with a precision balance, the wire mesh was immersed in ethyl acetate solution for 3 days. The immersed wire mesh was taken out, washed with a small amount of ethyl acetate solution, dried at 120° C. for 24 hours, and the weight was measured. The gel fraction was calculated by the following
1][Equation 1]
겔분율(%)=(C-A) / (B-A) × 100Gel fraction (%) = (C-A) / (B-A) × 100
