Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus and an organic waste treatment method using the same, and more particularly, by fermenting organic waste such as food waste, livestock waste and aquatic waste in an anaerobic digester equipped with microorganisms to decompose organic matter, The digestion liquid discharged from the anaerobic digester is separated into sludge and wastewater and then treated to prevent environmental pollution, and at the same time, cogeneration can be performed by utilizing the biogas generated from the digester, and the microorganisms provided in the digester are maintained and continuously fermented. It relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus capable of maintaining the concentration of organic matter in the organic waste supplied to the digester to be included in the reference value range so that the process can be made, and an organic waste treatment method using the same.
With the development of livestock breeding technology and changes in conditions, a large amount of livestock manure and livestock waste is generated from livestock farms, and the properties of livestock manure are also changing. A public waste disposal facility is in operation.
Most livestock excreta public treatment facilities are limited to separating livestock manure from solid and liquid, biological treatment, and physicochemical purification treatment.
Recently, there have been attempts to convert biogas or liquid manure from organic waste such as livestock waste including livestock manure to energy resources, but the efficiency compared to facility investment is low due to problems such as digestion sap treatment occurring during the operation of the digester. It has been discontinued or is in a state of low utilization.
In general, livestock manure public treatment facilities purify livestock manure in the order of input, solid-liquid separation, aeration, dehydration and discharge, and in this case, in the solid-liquid separation process, approximately 60 to 70% of the solids are separated using an organic coagulant. And in the dehydration process, about 30-40% of the solids are separated using an organic or inorganic coagulant.
About 10 to 15% of sludge is generated for organic wastes of approximately 30,000 ppm of BOD and 30,000 ppm of SS coming from public treatment facilities, but in the case of chemical sludge generated during purification and treatment of livestock excreta, the content of harmful components exceeds the standard It cannot be used as a general compost material.
Furthermore, according to the current Rural Development Administration Notice No. 2013-5 “Setting and Designation of Fertilizer Process Standards,” livestock meal using drugs containing organic coagulants must be approved in advance by the Rural Development Administration for suitability.
Meanwhile, in the current Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, liquid pig manure is collected at once, separated from solid and liquid, and the solid part is converted into compost and the liquid part into liquid manure. When compost is produced by collecting only livestock meal (especially, solid pig meal) from a public manure treatment facility, there is a possibility that the facility may be operated in an inefficient manner, such as a two-way furnace in the collection system.
In addition, the economic burden is large in that the entire amount of sludge generated during the purification process must be consigned, and it is contrary to the original purpose of establishing an environmental circulation model.
In order to solve the above problems, a system for recycling organic waste has been developed, and the system for recycling organic waste according to the prior art includes a purification and composting process part and a biogas production process part, a purification process and composting process part and a bio A system for recycling organic waste that divides and treats livestock manure organic waste in the gas production process part. The purification and composting process part includes a denitrification tank and a nitrification tank that separates livestock manure organic waste into solid-liquid and treats the remaining wastewater in turn, The gas production process part includes an acid fermentation tank and a methane fermentation tank for separating biogas and digestion sap from livestock manure organic waste, and a liquefaction facility that receives and processes the digestion sap from the methane fermentation tank. and liquid NO3-N received from the nitrification tank to liquid fertilizer.
The background technology of the present invention is disclosed in Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-1366374 (February 24, 2014 announcement, title of invention: a system and method for recycling organic waste including livestock manure).
In the organic waste recycling treatment system according to the prior art, when the organic matter concentration of the organic waste supplied to the fermenter is lower than the reference value, the organic waste is not provided with a separate technical configuration for increasing the organic matter concentration of the waste supplied to the fermenter.
