Thermal power generation refers to a method in which high-temperature, high-pressure combustion gas generated by the combustion of fossil fuels turns a turbine, which is a rotating body, and the power is transmitted to an AC generator to obtain electricity. And, the engine refers to a device that converts thermal energy into mechanical energy. As described above, the method of obtaining electricity or power by burning fuel has been applied and used in various fields. For example, Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-1080928 (2011.11.01.) discloses a combustion device having a combustion vessel for receiving combustion air from the outside and burning the fuel supplied by the fuel supply unit.
However, nitrogen oxides, which are emitted in large amounts when burning fossil fuels, are classified as the most serious air pollutants, and after being discharged into the atmosphere, they are condensed by a photochemical reaction to generate fine dust. And as the fossil fuel used as the main fuel of the engine is depleted, there is a need for a fuel capable of replacing it and a combustion device capable of safely burning the alternative fuel. In order to solve this problem, hydrogen is used as an alternative fuel, but there is a problem that the risk of safety accidents such as flashback and explosion is high.
The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and provides pre-mixing performance to prevent backfire that may occur during combustion of hydrogen gas, which is a clean fuel, and to safely combust hydrogen gas. Referring to FIG. 3 , the
Hereinafter, a diffusion combustion type hydrogen gas combustion apparatus capable of improving pre-mixing performance according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to FIG. 4 , the
Hereinafter, a diffusion combustion type hydrogen gas combustion apparatus capable of improving pre-mixing performance according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the
Referring to FIG. 5 , the
In this case, the
Hereinafter, a diffusion combustion type hydrogen gas combustion apparatus capable of improving pre-mixing performance according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Compared with the fourth embodiment, this embodiment is provided between the
Referring to FIG. 6 , the hydrogen gas combustion device of the present invention is provided between the ends of the first and
In addition, the length of the
In addition, a spiral flow passage in the form of a screw thread may be formed on the inner circumferential surface of the
In addition, the
Hereinafter, a diffusion combustion type hydrogen gas combustion apparatus capable of improving pre-mixing performance according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, as compared with the first embodiment, the
7 and 8, the
For example, referring to FIG. 7B , the
Also, referring to FIG. 7C , the
Also, referring to FIG. 7D , the
In addition, a plurality of the
Hereinafter, a diffusion combustion type hydrogen gas combustion apparatus capable of improving pre-mixing performance according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, compared to the first embodiment, the hydrogen supply pipe 61-1 is not in communication with the
First, referring to FIG. 9 , the hydrogen supply pipe 61-1 may communicate with the inner space of the
In addition, referring to FIGS. 9 and 11 ( a ), the
In general, the fluid flowing in the pipe or duct has no flow velocity on the wall, which is the inner peripheral surface of the pipe or duct, and is stopped or stagnated. In other words, a wall boundary layer in the form of a thin film having a velocity gradient is formed near the wall due to the influence of the wall regardless of the velocity of the fluid, and a very slow flow velocity is distributed near the wall. It has a flow structure in which the flow velocity increases from the center of the pipe or duct. That is, referring to (a) of Figure 10, the flow velocity of the fluid attached to the inner peripheral wall of the pipe or duct is '0', and the flow velocity on the center of the pipe has a maximum parabolic structure. At this time, a wall boundary layer (not shown) is formed near the pipe wall, and in this wall boundary layer, the velocity of the flow is very small due to the viscous force between the wall and the fluid, and as in the
In this case, if the method of jetting air from the
Also, referring to FIGS. 10A and 11C , the second flow pipe 620 - 1 may be in communication with the inner circumferential surface of the
In addition, referring to Figure 11 (d), the
In addition, referring to FIG. 11E , the first flow tube 610 - 1 may be formed in a shape in which the inner diameter becomes smaller as it goes toward the end. For example, the first flow pipe 610 - 1 is formed in a shape in which the inner diameter becomes smaller and smaller along the flow direction of the fluid flowing inside the first flow pipe 610 - 1 . That is, the first flow tube 610 - 1 is formed in a shape in which the inner diameter becomes smaller as it goes upward. Accordingly, the flow rate of the combustion air or hydrogen fuel or the mixer flowing through the inside of the first flow pipe 610 - 1 is gradually increased and ejected into the
Hereinafter, a diffusion combustion type hydrogen gas combustion apparatus capable of improving pre-mixing performance according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, referring to FIG. 12 , in this embodiment, as compared with the seventh embodiment, the auxiliary
13 (a) and (b), the
In addition, a plurality of the
Also, referring to FIG. 13C , the protrusion 820 - 1 may be formed in a triangular prism shape having a triangular cross section. In this case, the bottom surface of the protrusion 820 - 1 may be provided in a direction opposite to the flow direction of the mixer flowing inside the
In addition, since the location of the
