본 발명의 방제용 조성물은 또한, 상기 유효성분 이외에도 통상의 살충제, 살비제 또는 살균제와 혼합해서 사용될 수 있고, 이들 살충, 살균, 살비제에 사용되는 부형제 또는 담체를 더욱 포함할 수 있다. 상기 부형제 또는 담체는 사용용이성, 경제성, 제형 또는 살충효과 증진을 위한 통상의 물질일 수 있으며, 그 예로는 산화방지제, 분해촉진제, 무기필러 등이 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 무기필러의 역할은 유기화합물인 살충성분을 담지 및 분산시켜 보다 효과적인 훈증이 이루어지도록 하는 역할을 수행한다. 상기 무기필러는 특별히 제한되는 것은 아니며 경제성이나 나머지 유기화합물과의 혼합 시 상용성 등을 고려하여 적절한 것을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.The control composition of the present invention may also be used by mixing with conventional insecticides, acaricides or fungicides in addition to the active ingredients, and may further include excipients or carriers used in these pesticides, sterilizations, and acaricides. 포스핀 약제에 저항성을 보이는 거짓쌀도둑거저리, 쌀바구미, 가루개나무좀에 대해서 튜리팔린 A의 사충 효과를 분석하였다. 처리 온도는 20±1℃, 튜리팔린 A의 처리 용량은 1, 5 또는 20 ㎕/500 ㎖으로 하였으며, 총 처리 시간은 24시간으로 수행하였다. 그 결과, 하기 표 1에서 확인되는 것과 같이, 튜리팔린 A를 1 ㎕/500 ㎖의 용량으로 처리한 조건에서는 거짓쌀도둑거저리 및 쌀바구미에서 6.7% 사충률을 보였으며, 튜리팔린 A를 5 ㎕/500 ㎖의 용량으로 처리한 조건에서는 거짓쌀도둑거저리, 쌀바구미 및 가루개나무좀에서 각각 30%, 26.7% 및 10%의 사충률을 보였으며, 튜리팔린 A를 20 ㎕/500 ㎖의 용량으로 처리한 조건에서는 3종의 포스핀 저항성 저곡해충 모두에서 100%의 사충률을 보여주었다.The insecticidal effect of turiphalin A was analyzed on false rice weevils, rice weevils, and powdery mildew, which are resistant to phosphine drugs.
