Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a desulfurization agent mixing system for port fuel oil, and more particularly, to a desulfurization agent mixing system for port fuel oil capable of pre-mixing a desulfurization agent having a desulfurization function to fuel oil used in a port.
Sulfur oxides (SO x ) and nitrogen oxides (NO x ) have been pointed out as pollutants that cause air pollution. In particular, sulfur oxides are contained in industrial flue gas emitted from the combustion of fossil fuels containing sulfur, thereby reducing acid rain. It shows problems such as causing various environmental pollution such as
A desulfurization method for removing sulfur oxides from these industrial flue gases has been continuously studied, and a flue gas desulfurization method, which is a general post-combustion treatment method, has been used in factories or power plants using fossil fuels.
The flue gas desulfurization method refers to desulfurizing the flue gas after burning fossil fuel containing sulfur gas, and this flue gas desulfurization method can be divided into a wet method and a dry method. The wet method is a method of removing sulfur oxides by washing soot with ammonia water, sodium hydroxide solution, lime milk, etc., and the dry method is a method of removing sulfur oxides by contacting particles or powders such as activated carbon or carbonate with the soot, adsorbing or reacting sulfur dioxide way to do it
However, in order to use the flue gas desulfurization method, it is necessary to separately build a desulfurization facility for processing the flue gas, and there is a problem in that the desulfurization facility is operated, requiring a lot of manpower and cost, and the desulfurization process is complicated.
In addition, since the desulfurization facility can be operated in a fixed place, it emits a lot of sulfur oxides, but in the case of a moving device, for example, a vehicle that discharges a large amount of flue gas, such as a container transport vehicle used in a port, the application of the desulfurization facility is difficult. It has a difficult problem.
Therefore, in order to reduce the emission of sulfur oxides related to the combustion of fossil fuels, there is an urgent need to study a desulfurization method that is simple and easy to apply in an industrial field, and has an excellent desulfurization effect, and a system to which the desulfurization method is applied.

The desulfurization agent mixing system of fuel oil for ports according to the present invention uses fuel oil, which is oil, as a continuous phase, and water-based desulfurization agent as a disperse phase, and converts the desulfurization agent in fuel oil into a Water in Oil (W/O) emulsion. When the desulfurization agent contains all of SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , Fe 2 O 3 , TiO 2 , MgO, MnO, CaO, Na 2 O, K 2 O and P 2 O 3 as oxides, the basic chemical formula is K 0.8- 0.9 (Al,Fe,Mg) 2 (Si,Al) 4 O 10 (OH) 2 It is a mineral commonly called illite, and illite is basically an octahedral layer between two tetrahedral layers.
