Description
The present invention relates to a tubular knitted fabric and a tubular knitted fabric having a tubular base part of a full gauge structure and a band-shaped part of a total needle tissue connected to a terminal part in the wale direction thereof. It relates to the method of knitting the pho.
또한 특허문헌2에서는, 띠모양부의 제1층과 제2층을 편성폭방향으로 어긋난 상태로 함으로써 스티치의 이동을 위한 공침을 확보하고 있다(특히, 특허문헌2의 도2를 참조).When the tubular base portion and the belt-shaped portion are made of a co-needle structure, it is difficult to secure the co-needle for movement of the stitch when the belt-shaped portion is moved toward the tubular base portion. Therefore, in Patent Document 1, the co-stitch for movement of the stitches is secured by extremely narrowing the knitting width of the second layer with respect to the knitting width of the first layer of the strip portion (see Fig. 2 of Patent Document 1 in particular). . Further, in
In the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabrics of
In view of the above circumstances, one of the objects of the present invention is that, in knitting a tubular knitted fabric having a tubular base portion and a belt-shaped portion formed at an end portion thereof, the formation of the belt-shaped portion is not limited. It is to provide a method of organizing the. Another object of the present invention is to provide a tubular knitted fabric obtained by the above method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric.
1> The method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric of the present invention comprises:
Using a flat knitting machine having a needle bed on one side and a needle bed on the other side facing back and forth,
The first base part coupled to the one side needle bed and the second base part coupled to the other side needle bed knit the tubular base part connected in a tubular shape,
Forming a knitting start part outside the knitting range of the tubular base part,
The tubular base part and the tubular base part and the said tubular base part go around the tubular end part of the tubular base part while knitting the two-layer band-shaped part composed of the first layer and the second layer using the knitting start part as a starting point. A method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric connecting band-shaped portions, the method comprising:
Both the tubular base part and the strip-shaped part are formed by full gauge knitting or 1×1 half gauge knitting, and
When connecting the tubular base part and the belt-shaped part,
A step of moving the first stitch at the end of the first base portion on the side of the joint with the belt portion toward the belt portion, and overlapping the first stitch and any second stitches of the belt portion A and
Step B of increasing the number of knitting courses of the band-shaped part
In the process of repeating the process A and the process B, the third stitch at the end opposite to the bonding side in the second base part is rotated to the one side needle bed, and the cylindrical base part is needled. Process C of rotating on the bed,
When the joining of the first base portion and the strip portion is finished, the second base portion is knitted in the same way as in the steps A, B, and C.
1×1 half gauge knitting" is a state in which only one co-needle is arranged between adjacent stitches in the knitting width direction, that is, a state in which knitting needles with which stitches are joined and knitting needles with no stitches (co-needles) are alternately arranged. indicates organizing in In the case of knitting the two-layer tubular base portion and the strip portion by a two-bed flat knitting machine, in order to knit a knitting structure in which front and back stitches such as transfer of stitches and rib structures are mixed, adjacent in the knitting width direction More than one co-precipitation is required between stitches. "1x1 half-gauge knitting" is a knitting in which the spacing between adjacent stitches is minimized in a two-bed flat knitting machine, and is a knitting corresponding to the total needle knitting properties in a four-bed flat knitting machine. Here, when two or more co-needles are arranged between adjacent stitches in the knitting width direction, when knitting, the balance between the size in the wale direction of the stitch and the length of the sinker loop connecting the adjacent stitches is broken, and the appearance of the knitted structure is not good. becomes this
Here, "the second base part is knitted in the same way as in the process A, the process B, and the process C" is referred to as the "first base part" in the steps A, B, and C is referred to as the "second base part". It means organizing by replacing it with .

In the vicinity of a place where the first stitch and the second stitch are overlapped, the first layer and the second layer are formed by crossing the knitting yarn of the first layer and the knitting yarn of the second layer in the thickness direction of the strip. It may take the form of tying together.

The first stitch may be superimposed on a surface side of the second stitch.
5> As an aspect of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention,
When repeating the steps A and B, in order to make the band-shaped portion conform to the shape of the periphery of the end portion, there may be a form in which the belt-shaped portion is knitted in two or more courses in some of the steps A.
6> As an aspect of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention,
Before knitting the band-shaped part, at least outside the knitting range of the tubular base part in the one side needle bed, the first stitch row and the first stitch row arranged on the side of the tubular base part are arranged further outside knitting a connecting stitch row composed of a second stitch row,
The band-shaped part is continuously knitted in the wale direction of the first stitch row,
상기 띠모양부를 편성한 후에, 상기 띠모양부의 종단 스티치열과 상기 제2스티치열을 포갠 다음에 상기 종단 스티치열을 코빼기 처리하고,After knitting the band-shaped part, the longitudinal stitch row of the band-shaped part and the second stitch row are superimposed on top of each other, and then the longitudinal stitch row is knitted;
In the connecting stitch row, the first stitch row and the second stitch row are alternately knitted from the side of the tubular base part, or the second stitch row and the stitch from the side away from the tubular base part. A form formed by alternately knitting the stitches of the first stitch row is exemplified.
7> The tubular knitted fabric of the present invention comprises:
제1베이스부와 제2베이스부가 통모양으로 연결된 통모양 베이스부와,A tubular base part connected to the first base part and the second base part in a tubular shape;
Consisting of two layers of a first layer and a second layer, the strip-shaped part connected to the terminal end of the tubular base part
A tubular knitted fabric in which the wale direction of the strip portion is along the circumferential direction of the tubular base portion,
The number of stitches in the knitting width direction of each layer of the strip portion is 5 or more, and
All of the tubular base portion and the band-shaped portion have a total needle structure or a 1x1 half gauge structure.
The “1×1 half-gauge organization” refers to a knitted organization knitted by “1×1 half-gauge knitting”. It can be seen by looking at the tubular base and the strip that the tubular base part and the strip part are all needle-like structures or a 1×1 half-gauge structure. As mentioned above, if two or more co-needles are arranged between adjacent stitches in the knitting width direction, the balance between the size in the wale direction of the stitch and the length of the sinker loop connecting the adjacent stitches is broken and the appearance is deteriorated. It becomes a bad organization.
According to the method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, it is possible to knit the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention in which the knitting width of each layer of the strip portion is 5 stitches or more. Moreover, according to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the knitting structure of the strip-shaped portion can be freely set. For example, the belt-shaped portion may be constituted by a garter structure, a rib structure, or a knitted structure in which the first layer and the second layer of the belt-shaped portion are connected to each other.
According to the knitting method of <2>, the joining place of the tubular base portion and the belt-shaped portion can be hidden by the belt-shaped portion so as not to be seen from the outside of the tubular knitted fabric. Therefore, the appearance of the tubular knitted fabric can be improved.
According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of <3> above, it is possible to suppress displacement of the first layer and the second layer of the band-shaped portion in the tubular knitted fabric in the knitting width direction. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the belt-shaped portion and the exposure of the joining place hidden by the belt-shaped portion to the outside of the tubular knitted fabric.
According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of <4>, it is possible to neatly finish the joining place of the tubular base part and the strip part.
According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of <5>, even if a step is formed at the terminal end of the tubular base by flechage knitting or the like, the band-shaped part is formed along the periphery of the terminating end of the tubular base. It can be joined to the end. Therefore, there is no case where wrinkles are formed in the belt-shaped portion connected to the stepped end portion or the belt-shaped portion is deformed, so that a cylindrical knitted fabric in which the belt-shaped portion is neatly connected to the terminal portion can be knitted.
According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of <6>, the leading end and the terminal end of the band-shaped portion can be connected by a connecting stitch row. When the tubular knitted fabric is completed, the leading end and the end of the band-shaped portion can be connected without a seam simply by pulling both ends of the connecting stitch row.

In the first embodiment, an example in which a sweater (tubular knitted fabric) having a body and sleeves is knitted using the method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric of the present invention will be described.
The sweater 100 (tubular knitted fabric) shown in FIG. 1 includes a body 50 , a
The wale direction of the body 50 is a direction from the hem toward the
The
The
보다 구체적으로는, 제1베이스부(11)에 있어서의 띠모양부(20)와의 접합측의 단부 스티치(후술하는 도3의 제1스티치(1))를 띠모양부(20) 측으로 이동시키고, 그 단부 스티치와 띠모양부(20)의 임의의 스티치(도3의 제2스티치(2))를 포갠다(공정A에 상당).T1 in Fig. 2 shows a state in which the knitting of the
In T2, the number of knitting courses of the
After that, repeat T1 and T2. Here, also in T2, as indicated by the curved arrow, the end stitch (
In T3, the state in which joining of the strip|belt-shaped
In T4, the state in which joining of the strip|belt-shaped
As described above, in this example, while the
Next, the specific knitting process of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. In the drawing, “S + number” denotes the number of the knitting process, FD denotes the lower front needle bed (one needle bed), FU denotes the upper front needle bed (one needle bed), and BD denotes the lower rear needle bed (the other needle bed). , BU represents the upper back needle bed (the other needle bed). BD and BU can be racked left and right with respect to FD and FU, and stitch transfer is possible between front and rear needle beds. The stitches of the
S0 of FIG. 3 shows a state in which the stitch of the
In S1, all stitches of the
In S2, the knitting start
In the following S4 to S6, the
In S4, all stitches of the
In the procedure of S4 to S6, the first stitch 1 is superimposed on the FD side of the
In this example, in the vicinity of the
In S7 and S8 of Fig. 4, before the next step A (the second step A), the
By carrying out S7 and S8, it can suppress that the distance which moves the next 1st stitch 1 (refer S9) in the knitting width direction becomes long. Therefore, the load applied to the knitting yarn connecting between the first stitch 1 (S9) and the adjacent stitches can be reduced, and the yarn breakage of the knitting yarn constituting the
In S9, the
After S9, the stitch adjacent to the right side (joint side) of the
Even after S10 is performed, while the steps A and B are repeated twice, the process C is repeated, and all the stitches of the
Fig. 5 shows a photograph of the vicinity of the
In
In the second embodiment, as shown in Fig. 8(A), the connecting
The connecting
After knitting the connecting
Fig. 8(B) shows a state in which the
Finally, from the state of Fig. 8(C), the

As a modified example, the connecting
As another modification, as shown in Fig. 9, the connecting
Other embodiments>
The method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric of the present invention can also be used for knitting a knitted fabric other than a sweater. For example, the knitting method of a knitted fabric of the present invention may be applied to knitting of openings such as a knit bag. Further, in the method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, as described with reference to Figs. 3 and 4, since the band-shaped
