It relates to a green wall fine dust reduction system for road installations that can be protected.
Today, the development of transportation culture is dramatically increasing the exchange of human resources and the movement of material resources. The mainstream of transportation culture can be exemplified by automobiles, including buses, trucks, passenger cars, and sports utility vehicles, which use fossil fuels as the driving force for power generation.
Automobiles have provided mankind with the benefits of facilitating the movement of human and material resources, but in return, fine dust emitted during the movement of automobiles is borne on the road. Fine dust refers to dust with a diameter of less than 10 micrometers and is known to be mainly emitted through automobile exhaust gas or factory chimneys. Fine dust discharged into the atmosphere is known to be very dangerous because it penetrates to the deepest part of the respiratory tract, such as the alveoli of the human body, and then re-enters the blood vessels.
Today, most cities are constructing many roads for the smooth flow of traffic, and many cars are constantly moving on the roads, and in the process, fine dust is emitted. The removal or reduction of fine dust has become one of the most important concerns.
Policies to reduce fine dust are being pursued in various ways not only at the central government level, but also at the local government level. In particular, in the road transport sector, the removal of fine dust emission vehicles from diesel vehicles, the installation of fine dust reduction devices, and activation of development and distribution of eco-friendly vehicles such as electric vehicles or hydrogen vehicles are being realized.
Among them, in the case of cities with heavy vehicle movement, road transport pollution, including buses, trucks, and SUVs, is the highest cause of air pollution in the road transport sector, and a solution is urgently requested.
On the other hand, in the movement of human resources in the city center, it is inevitable to consider the safety of citizens using public transportation. If the reduction of fine dust is to reduce or prevent potential and long-term hazards, matters concerning the safety of citizens from public transportation vehicles are to reduce or prevent direct hazards to citizens' bodies, so it is important to provide a safety plate for this. It cannot be overemphasized no matter how much it is emphasized.
It is considered that such a comprehensive and comprehensive response technology for the urban transportation culture is still insignificant.

1 to 4 , the green wall fine dust reduction system for road installation according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a
The
At this time, as a reinforced concrete structure against an external lateral collision, a sufficient resistance strength of the

To this end, the filter

The filter module body 210 preferably has a rectangular frame shape having a certain width, and is preferably formed of a high-strength material such as metal.
The adsorption member 20 is accommodated and installed inside the frame-shaped filter module body 210 . The
In particular, since the flow path is arranged in an oblique line, it is possible to increase the contact time by delaying the movement distance and time of air, thereby improving the purification function. At this time, the paper material is not particularly limited as long as it is a paper exhibiting physical properties that can be applied as an adsorption member, and any kind can be used, but when the adsorbent is coated on the paper material, it is shown in FIG. 5 below so that the shape is not deformed. It is preferable to use a hardboard paper excellent in wet strength having a shape as shown.
The wet strength of hard board paper that can be used as the paper material was measured and shown in Table 1 below. In addition, the powdered activated carbon dispersion is made by mixing 20 to 30 parts by weight of a polyvinyl alcohol solution with 100 parts by weight of the activated carbon powder, and mixing the polyvinyl alcohol solution with the activated carbon powder and using a homo mixer at a temperature of 20 to 80 ° C. Since it undergoes a mixing process for 12 hours to 12 hours, the activated carbon powder is evenly dispersed in polyvinyl alcohol.
In addition, after preparing the powdered activated carbon dispersion, colloidal silica and transition metal are mixed, and 20 to 30 parts by weight of colloidal silica is mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the powdered activated carbon dispersion and stirred within 100 rpm using a stirrer. It consists of a process of mixing 200 to 300 parts by weight of a transition metal based on 100 parts by weight of the powdered activated carbon dispersion.
In this case, the colloidal silica preferably contains 10 to 30 wt% of silica solids having a particle size of 5 to 30 nm, and the colloidal silica is alkaline. The combination of the transition metals to be mixed for decomposition can proceed easily.
The transition metal serves to decompose nitrogen oxides, and consists of manganese acetate and copper acetate. The transition metal is 200 to 300 parts by weight in a mixture of 20 to 30 parts by weight of colloidal silica based on 100 parts by weight of the powdered activated carbon dispersion. The addition is mixed, but it is preferable to be mixed by dripping at a rate of 1 to 4 ml/min.
At this time, the manganese acetate preferably exhibits 0.5 to 1.0N (normal concentration), and the copper acetate preferably exhibits 0.5 to 1.0N (normal concentration).
The adsorbent comprising the above components is preferably coated on the surface of the
