Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a closed-type prefabricated panel structure, and more particularly, a closed-type prefabricated panel implemented to prevent flame transfer through a panel and another panel in case of fire, as well as to improve durability and thermal efficiency It's about structure.
In general, a prefabricated panel is a structure in which an insulating material such as glass wool is attached and built between two thin metal plates, and using this, prefabricated buildings such as a prefabricated factory, a prefabricated house, and a prefabricated warehouse are assembled and manufactured.
And the conventional prefabricated panel is formed in a planar shape, and a plurality of them are interlocked with each other to form a roof or wall structure, an insertion part is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction, and a protrusion is formed on the other side in the longitudinal direction. .
That is, when forming the insert, the insert is formed between the end of the metal plate and the metal plate by preventing the insulating material disposed between the two metal plates from being located at one end of the metal plate, and when forming the protrusion, between the two metal plates After arranging the insulator, the other end of the metal plate is pressed to form a thickness to be inserted into the insert.
In the conventional prefabricated panel as shown in FIG. 1, the connection between the panel and the panel penetrates each other, so that the flame transfer is very fast in case of fire, the structure of the bonding is weak, so the rigidity is lowered, and the connection of the panel is penetrated by a few millimeters. Because there is space, there is air circulation inside and outside, so it has the disadvantage that the thermal efficiency is lowered.
