Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device for displaying linear light having a three-dimensional effect by using incident light having directionality, and a lighting member used therein.
LED(Light Emitting Diode)는 화합물 반도체를 이용하여 전기신호를 빛으로 변환하는 소자이다. LED (Light Emitting Diode) is a device that converts an electric signal into light using a compound semiconductor. A light source using an LED element has advantages such as low power, high color temperature, and long life compared to a conventional light source such as a fluorescent lamp.
An example of a conventional lighting device using an LED light source is disclosed in Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0009209. The lighting device of this publication is a side-illuminated backlight device in which a plurality of LED light sources are disposed on one side of the light guide plate, and minimizes luminance deviation in the light control plane by diffusing light that is posted between the reflective film and the light guide plate and leaks upward in left and right directions.
However, the prior art of the above publication is limited in reducing the thickness of the lighting device due to the thickness of the light guide plate itself by using the light guide plate, and because the light guide plate itself is not flexible, it is difficult to apply to a flexible or curved lighting device, etc., and product design And there is a disadvantage in that it is not easy to change the design.
In addition, most lighting devices using conventional LED light sources are devices that provide simple flat lighting, and have not adequately evolved into devices with new functions such as the effect of changing the shape and three-dimensional effect of light according to the viewing angle. In other words, in today's lighting device market, the demand for lighting products with new functions is increasing considerably in the competitive atmosphere of various demands and manufacturers, but the results of research and development on such products are still insufficient.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a lighting device capable of implementing various optical images and a lighting member used for converting incident light having directionality into linear light having a three-dimensional effect through pattern design and using the same.

Generates linear light with an effect. In addition, the linear light extends in the pattern arrangement direction and has a second brightness in the second region of the pattern, and exhibits a first brightness lower than the second brightness in the first region between the second regions.
In one embodiment, when the first brightness and the second brightness have a value between 0 and 100, the first brightness is less than half of the second brightness.

In other words, the pattern units are sequentially arranged in the pattern arrangement direction (x direction) with respect to the
As described above, the plurality of pattern units of the

As a material of the

In this embodiment, the
When the
In addition, when the
The printed

According to this embodiment, when implementing a three-dimensional effect linear light by pattern design, a lighting device capable of changing an optical image can be provided by using the

In this embodiment, the
In other words, when the difference between the refractive index of the

According to the present embodiment, it is possible to fill the

The color pattern layer is for emphasizing with a predetermined color so that the cut-off portion of the linear light appears darker in the first region (refer to the reference numeral E in FIG. 8 ), which is a pattern non-forming part. Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the lighting device according to the present exemplary embodiment includes a pattern non-forming part formed in a horizontal stripe shape in a pattern area of a predetermined shape of a three-dimensional effect forming part. ) Reference].
The pattern non-forming part has a straight line, a curved line, or a combination thereof, and can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the optical image to which the thickness or number of the pattern is to be realized.
When power is supplied to the light source, a plurality of three-dimensional effect linear lights are implemented on the pattern area by pattern design. 12 to 14 are exemplary views of a pattern of a three-dimensional effect forming unit that can be employed in the lighting device of FIG. 8.
Referring to FIG. 12, the
The inclination angle θ of the
As an example, when the refractive index of the optical guide portion is in the range of about 1.30 to about 1.80, the inclination angle of the
In addition, depending on the implementation, the optical guide unit may be provided using a high refractive index material. For example, in the case of manufacturing a high-intensity LED (Light Emitting Diode), when light of a specific incident angle passes through the die and passes through the capsule material, the die (n=2.50~3.50) and the general polymer capsule material (n=1.40~1.60) ), total internal reflection occurs due to the difference between n-values (refractive index), and thereby the light extraction efficiency of the device decreases, and a high-refractive-index polymer (n=1.80~2.50) is used to properly solve this. That is, in the case of providing an optical guide part using a high-refractive-index polymer used for manufacturing a high-intensity LED in this embodiment, the inclination angle of the
The inclination angle according to the refractive index described above is according to Snell's law, and this is expressed as an equation as in
As described above, in the light guide portion of the lighting device of the present embodiment, the inclined surface of the pattern of the three-dimensional effect forming portion is an inclination angle capable of appropriately reflecting or refracting incident light, and is about 5° as small as about 85°. It can be prepared to a degree.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the
If the width-to-height ratio (h/w) of the
The width w of the above-described
According to the present embodiment, by designing the
Referring to FIG. 13, in the optical member of the present embodiment, the
The three-dimensional
The width w1 of the spaced
In addition, the three-dimensional
Referring to FIG. 14, in the lighting device of this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
On the other hand, when the
In particular, when the
