Abstract
Description
Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a leak-proof window frame of a building that automatically discharges moisture flowing into the building to the outside.
In general, various types of walls are installed in various buildings for air circulation and ventilation, and the windows are fixedly installed in conformity with the rectangular window frame installation space formed inside the wall of the building, and the inside of the window frame. It is provided as a window that is installed and opened in In the process of being installed inside the window frame installation space of the wall, such a typical window frame member is constructed with a certain distance between the outer circumferential surface of the window frame member and the inner circumferential surface of the window frame installation space, and foam material between the spaced gaps. A finishing material such as the back is filled in, and water-tight treatment of the front and rear of the finishing material with silicone prevents leakage into the building through the gap between the window frame member and the building wall.
For example, in the case of filling the gap between the building wall and the window frame member to prevent water leakage and watertight packing with silicone, silicone is not properly adhered to the wall part where dust or foreign matter is buried, resulting in a certain gap. When a certain period of time elapsed after construction, the constructed silicon part was naturally excited from the wall, and in case of rain, rainwater or moisture flowing along the wall flowed into the building through the gap of the silicon, causing water leakage.
In addition, conventionally, the window frame leak-blocking finishing material is made of synthetic resin, and only the rear part is fitted between the gap between the building wall and the window frame member with the front exposed to the outside, so that the exposed part is damaged or separated by external impact. It is easy to detach, and there is a disadvantage in that the adhesive material attached to the wall attachment portion and the window frame attachment portion of the finishing material is easily separated from the window frame member and the wall, and rainwater or moisture flows into the building through the gap, causing leakage.
