Description
It relates to iron-nickel alloy nanoparticles, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of manufacturing carbon monoxide using the same.
Carbon dioxide reduction technology, one of the representative greenhouse gases, is an important part in responding to the upcoming climate change. However, carbon dioxide is very thermodynamically stable, so it is not easy to change it into a material with high utilization value, such as carbon monoxide, methane, or ethylene. For this reason, carbon dioxide is converted by gas phase reactions, liquid phase reactions, photoreactions, electrochemical reactions, etc. based on high-performance catalysts. Among the gas phase reactions for carbon dioxide conversion, CO 2 hydrogenation (reverse water-gas shift reaction) and dry reforming of methane (DRM) are representative. Examples of catalysts for the following reactions include iron (for high temperature reverse water gas reaction) and nickel (for dry reforming reaction) metals.
<역수성 가스 전이(Reverse water gas shift) 반응식> <Reverse water gas shift reaction equation>
CO2+ H2 ↔ CO + H2O, △H = 41 kJㆍmol-1 CO 2 + H 2 ↔ CO + H 2 O, △H = 41 kJㆍmol -1
<건식 개질(Dry reforming of methane) 반응식><Dry reforming of methane reaction formula>
CH4+CO2 ↔ 2CO + 2H2, △H = 247.3 kJㆍmol-1 CH 4 +CO 2 ↔ 2CO + 2H 2 , △H = 247.3 kJㆍmol -1
Porous nanoparticles of high surface area have exhibited excellent performance in many fields, such as adsorbents, catalysts, batteries and capacitor electrode materials, based on their unique pore structure and size. In particular, transition metal materials such as iron and nickel are magnetic at room temperature, so they can be used for separation technology using them.
Until now, well-defined metallic nanostructures could be obtained in various ways, such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD), solution-phase synthesis, and synthesis using microwaves, depending on the properties of the material. . In addition, the porous metal oxide nanomaterial could be synthesized using a polymer surfactant, silica, and a carbon structure as a template. However, the procedure is cumbersome and complicated, and has a low limit in terms of its reproducibility. Recently, techniques obtained by pyrolysis of porous transition metal particles from metal oxalate compound particles have been reported (Teramae et al. Langmuir 2013, 29, 4404; Korean Patent Registration 10-1356990; Dongsheng Yan et al. , Adv. Funct., 2008, 18, 1544). When such metal oxalate hydrate is applied with heat at a high temperature of 300°C or higher, a significant amount of carbon that has formed crystals in the metal oxalate is removed by carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and many pores are formed at the same time, thereby forming a porous metal oxide structure. have.
Conventional techniques have developed a method of obtaining single metal oxide structures by thermally decomposing a metal oxalate compound, but the alloyed porous alloy nanostructures are difficult to obtain due to difficult synthesis conditions.
Accordingly, there is a need for research on a method that can relatively easily produce alloy nanoparticles.

This did not reach the level of 45% of the reaction equilibrium conversion at 700°C, but it can be seen that the conversion rate was considerably high under the reaction conditions of very high velocity.
