Abstract
Description
본 발명은 발광형 냉각 소자에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a light-emitting type cooling element.
냉각을 위해서는 에너지의 소모가 필수적이다. 냉장고, 에어컨 등 범용 냉각 기기는 전기 에너지를 사용하여 냉매를 압축시킨 뒤 압축된 냉매를 팽창시킬 때 발생하는 열의 흡수를 이용하여 냉각을 수행한다. 이와 달리 복사 냉각은 에너지의 소모없이 냉각을 시킬 수 있다.Energy consumption is essential for cooling. General-purpose cooling devices such as refrigerators and air conditioners compress a refrigerant using electric energy and then perform cooling by absorbing heat generated when the compressed refrigerant is expanded. In contrast, radiant cooling can be cooled without consuming energy.
복사 냉각을 위해서는 각 파장 대에서 빛의 흡수, 반사, 복사를 독립적으로 잘 제어하여야 한다. 대부분의 경우 열원은 입사하는 태양광이다. 태양광의 열은 그 파장 대가 UV-가시광선-근적외선대에 분포하는데 이 파장대의 빛을 반사 시키면 태양광을 통한 열의 유입을 차단할 수 있다.For radiant cooling, absorption, reflection, and radiation of light must be controlled independently and well in each wavelength band. In most cases, the heat source is incident sunlight. The heat of sunlight is distributed in the UV-visible-near-infrared band, and reflecting light in this wavelength band can block the inflow of heat through sunlight.
예를 들어, 태양빛이 내리쬐는 낮에 빛을 잘 흡수하는 검은색 자동차의 내부 온도는 쉽게 상승하지만 상대적으로 빛을 흡수하지 않고 잘 반사시키는 흰색 자동차의 경우 온도 상승은 상대적으로 덜하다.For example, the internal temperature of a black car, which absorbs light well during the day when the sun is shining, rises easily, but in a white car that does not absorb light and reflects it well, the temperature rise is relatively low.
만약 자동차의 표면이 UV-가시광선-근적외선의 파장대의 빛을 모두 반사 시킨다면 태양광에 의한 열에너지의 유입은 차단할 수 있다. If the surface of the car reflects all the light in the wavelength range of UV-visible-near-infrared rays, the inflow of heat energy by sunlight can be blocked.
모든 물체는 그 자체가 지니고 있는 열에너지를 빛의 형태로 외부로 방사하게 되는데 이때 방사되는 빛의 파장 대는 그 물체의 표면 온도에 의해 결정된다.All objects radiate their own thermal energy to the outside in the form of light, and the wavelength band of the emitted light is determined by the surface temperature of the object.
태양이 UV-가시광선-근적외선 파장대의 빛을 외부로 방사하는 이유는 태양의 표면온도가 6000℃에 달하기 때문이다.The reason why the sun radiates light in the UV-visible-near-infrared wavelength band to the outside is because the surface temperature of the sun reaches 6000℃.
일반적으로 표면온도가 수십 ℃인 물체는 장파장 적외선(파장이 수~수십 마이크론) 파장의 빛을 외부로 방사한다.In general, an object with a surface temperature of several tens of degrees Celsius emits long-wavelength infrared light (a wavelength of several to tens of microns) to the outside.
지구의 대기는 수증기, 이산화탄소 등이 존재하는데, 이러한 대기는 지구가 외부로 방사하는 장파장 적외선의 일부 파장을 흡수하여 외부로의 방사를 억제한다.The Earth's atmosphere contains water vapor, carbon dioxide, etc., and this atmosphere absorbs some wavelengths of long-wavelength infrared radiation emitted by the Earth to the outside and suppresses radiation to the outside.
대표적인 예가 온실효과인데 지구 대기중의 이산화탄소의 농도가 높을수록 지구가 우주로 장파장 적외선을 방사하는 것이 방해 받아 지구의 온도가 올라가게 된다.A typical example is the greenhouse effect, and the higher the concentration of carbon dioxide in the Earth's atmosphere, the more the Earth's radiation of long-wavelength infrared rays into space is hindered and the Earth's temperature increases.
그러나 속칭 sky window라 불리는 8마이크론부터 13마이크론 파장대의 장파장 적외선은 지구 대기에 의하여 흡수되지 않으므로 우주공간으로 쉽게 방사된다. 참고로 우주공간의 온도는 절대온도 0K에 가까운 -273℃이므로 표면 온도 수십 ℃의 지구 표면에서 장파장 적외선이 우주로 방사되는 것은 자연스러운 현상이다.However, long-wavelength infrared rays in the wavelength range from 8 microns to 13 microns, commonly referred to as the sky window, are not absorbed by the Earth's atmosphere, so they are easily radiated into outer space. For reference, since the temperature of outer space is -273℃, which is close to the absolute temperature of 0K, it is natural for long-wavelength infrared rays to radiate into space from the Earth's surface at a surface temperature of several tens of degrees Celsius.
이 현상을 복사 냉각이라 하는데 겨울 밤 하늘이 맑을수록 지구의 열에너지가 구름 등에 의해 반사되지 않고 장파장 적외선 형태로 우주로 방사되므로 다음날 아침 더 추워지는 현상의 원인이 된다. This phenomenon is called radiative cooling, and the clearer the winter night sky, the more the earth's thermal energy is not reflected by clouds, but is radiated into space in the form of long-wavelength infrared rays, which causes the phenomenon to get colder the next morning.
That is, the material can be cooled without energy consumption by radiant cooling. In order to maximize the reflection of incident sunlight, a thin film of metal material such as Ag (silver) can be used.In order to effectively emit mid-infrared rays in the 8-13 micron range, which is the sky window section, it is transparent to incident sunlight such as visible rays. In addition, materials with high absorption in the 8-13 micron wavelength range should be used.
태양광 반사 소재는 금속이고 중적외선 방사 소재는 태양광에 투명하며 장파장 적외선을 잘 방사시키는 소재를 사용하므로, 거의 모든 복사 냉각 소자의 외관은 금속 거울과 같은 색상을 띠게 된다.Since the solar reflective material is metal, and the mid-infrared radiation material is transparent to sunlight and uses a material that emits long-wavelength infrared rays well, the exterior of almost all radiation cooling elements has the same color as a metallic mirror.
복사 냉각 소자는 자동차, 건축물, 컨테이너 등에 사용되어 냉각에 필요한 에너지 부담을 줄여줄 수 있는데, 복사 냉각 소자의 색상이 금속 거울 색으로 한정되므로 동일한 냉각 성능을 보이면서 다른 색상을 발광할 있는 발광형 냉각 소자의 필요성이 크다.The radiant cooling element is used in automobiles, buildings, containers, etc. to reduce the energy burden required for cooling.Since the color of the radiant cooling element is limited to the color of a metallic mirror, it is a light-emitting type cooling element that exhibits the same cooling performance and emits different colors. The need for is great.

일반적으로, 태양은 표면 온도가 약 6,000℃에 이르기 때문에 태양광은 자외선, 가시광선, 근적외선 영역과 같이 다양한 영역대의 파장을 가진다.In general, since the surface temperature of the sun reaches about 6,000° C., sunlight has wavelengths in various regions such as ultraviolet rays, visible rays, and near infrared rays.

Specifically, the
복사 냉각 발광층(130)은 반사층(120) 상에 형성되어 중적외선 영역의 파장을 흡수하고 열로 방사하는 폴리머 매트릭스(131)에 특정 색을 발광하는 발광 미세 입자(132)가 혼입되어, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)를 통하여 대상 물체의 온도를 외부 온도보다 낮추면서 다양한 색을 발광시킬 수 있다.The radiation
일반적으로, 지구 상에 있는 물체는 표면 온도가 수십 ℃에 이르기 때문에 8μm 내지 13μm 파장대의 중적외선을 방사한다.In general, objects on the earth emit mid-infrared rays in a wavelength range of 8 μm to 13 μm because the surface temperature reaches several tens of degrees Celsius.
Such mid-infrared radiation can lower the temperature of an object, and the radiation
복사 냉각 발광층(130)은 폴리머 매트릭스(131)의 원료인 폴리머 용액에 발광 미세 입자(132)를 혼합한 후 반사층(120) 상에 도포하여 형성될 수 있다.The radiation cooling

(bar coating), roll coating, dip coating, shear coating, screen printing, inkjet printing, or nozzle printing Can be, and is not limited to the above method.
폴리머 매트릭스(131)는 중적외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 태양광을 흡수하여 열로 방사할 수 있다.The
실시예에 따라서 폴리머 매트릭스(131)는 아크릴계 고분자를 포함할 수 있다.According to an embodiment, the
상기 아크릴계 고분자는 C-O 스트레칭 진동(stretching vibration)을 가져 중적외선 영역의 파장에서 높은 방사율을 가진다.The acrylic polymer has a C-O stretching vibration and has a high emissivity at a wavelength in the mid-infrared region.
예를 들어, 폴리머 매트릭스(131)는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate) 및 DPHA(dipentaerythritol penta/hexa acrylate) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있으나 상기 물질에 제한되는 것은 아니다.For example, the
특히, 상기 DPHA는 C-O 스트레칭 진동(stretching vibration)과 C=C= 벤딩 진동(bending vibration)으로 인해 중적외선 영역의 파장에서 높은 방사율을 가진다.In particular, the DPHA has a high emissivity at a wavelength in the mid-infrared region due to C-O stretching vibration and C=C= bending vibration.
복사 냉각 발광층(130)은 폴리머 매트릭스(131)에 특정 색을 발광하는 발광 미세 입자(132)가 혼입된 형태일 수 있다.The radiation
발광 미세 입자(132)가 흡수한 빛 에너지는 포톤(photon) 혹은 포논(phonon)의 에너지 형태로 방출된다.Light energy absorbed by the light emitting
이때, 포톤은 발광을 유발하며, 포논은 발열을 유발하는데, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)가 발광과 동시에 냉각 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 포톤의 방출을 최대화하고 포논의 방출을 최소화하는 것이 바람직하다.At this time, photons cause light emission, and phonons cause heat generation. In order for the light emitting cooling
따라서, 발광 미세 입자(132)는 태양광을 흡수한 후 방출되는 포논(phonon) 대비 포톤(photon) 방출량이 더 커서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)의 냉각 효율을 향상시키면서 발광 현상을 가질 수 있다.Accordingly, the light-emitting
다시 말해, 발광 미세 입자(132)는 태양광을 최소한으로 흡수하고 최대한의 포톤을 방출하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)가 최대한의 발광 효율을 가지도록 할 수 있다.In other words, the light-emitting
발광 미세 입자(132)는 물질의 종류에 따라 빨간색, 파란색, 초록색과 같은 다양한 색을 발광할 수 있다.The light-emitting
또는, 발광 미세 입자(132)는 물질의 화학적 구조에 따라 빨간색, 파란색, 초록색과 같은 다양한 색을 발광할 수 있다.Alternatively, the light-emitting
이는 발광 미세 입자(132)의 물질 종류 및 물질의 화학적 구조에 따라 광학적 밴드갭(optical bandgap)이 상이하고, 상이한 광학적 밴드갭에 따라 다른 파장의 빛을 발광하기 때문이다.This is because the optical bandgap is different according to the type of the material of the light-emitting
따라서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)는 원하는 특정 색이 발광하도록 발광 미세 입자(132)의 종류를 선택하여 원하는 시각적 효과 및 홍보 효과를 제공할 수 있다.Accordingly, the light-emitting
발광 미세 입자(132)는 형광 미세 입자 및 인광 미세 입자의 혼합일 수 있다.The
상기 형광 미세 입자는 빛 에너지(태양광)를 흡수한 즉시 포톤을 방출하는 발광 미세 입자(132)이며, 상기 인광 미세 입자는 빛 에너지를 흡수한 후 포톤을 느리게 방출하는 발광 미세 입자(132)이다.The fluorescent fine particles are luminescent
이에 따라, 상기 형광 미세 입자는 태양광 흡수 즉시 포톤을 방출하기 때문에 낮 시간 동안 발광 현상을 발현할 수 있으나, 상기 인광 미세 입자는 포톤을 천천히 방출하기 때문에 밤 시간에도 발광 현상을 발현할 수 있다.Accordingly, since the fluorescent microparticles emit photons immediately after absorption of sunlight, light emission can be exhibited during the day, but the phosphorescent microparticles slowly emit photons, and thus, the light emission can be exhibited even at night.
따라서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)는 낮과 밤에 모두 발광 현상을 발현할 수 있어 시각적 효과 및 광고 홍보 효과를 제공함에 따라 심미성 및 기능성을 향상시킬 수 있다.Accordingly, the light-emitting
상기 형광 미세 입자는 포톤의 방출을 최대화하고 포논의 방출을 최소화하면서 태양광 흡수 즉시 포톤을 방출하는 반도체 물질로 이루어질 수 있다.The fluorescent fine particles may be made of a semiconductor material that emits photons immediately upon absorption of sunlight while maximizing photon emission and minimizing phonon emission.
구체적으로, 상기 형광 미세 입자는 무기 페로브스카이트 화합물, AnS, ZnxCdS, ZsSiO3, CaSiO3 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다.Specifically, the fluorescent fine particles may include at least one of an inorganic perovskite compound, AnS, ZnxCdS, ZsSiO 3 , and CaSiO 3.
이때, 상기 무기 페로브스카이트 화합물은 할로겐화 납 계열의 페로브스카이트 화합물로, 아래의 화학식으로 표시될 수 있다.In this case, the inorganic perovskite compound is a lead halide-based perovskite compound, and may be represented by the following formula.

여기서, A는 세슘(Cs), 주석(Sn), 비스무스(Bi) 중 어느 하나이고, B는 납(Pb)이며, X는 염소(Cl), 브롬(Br), 요오드(I) 중 어느 하나이다.Here, A is any one of cesium (Cs), tin (Sn), and bismuth (Bi), B is lead (Pb), and X is any one of chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), and iodine (I). .
예를 들어, 상기 무기 페로브스카이트 화합물은 CsPbBr(CPB) 또는 CsPbI(CPI)일 수 있다.For example, the inorganic perovskite compound may be CsPbBr (CPB) or CsPbI (CPI).
특히, 상기 무기 페로브스카이트 화합물은 흡수한 광 에너지를 포톤으로 방출하는 비율인 발광 효율이 90% 이상이어서 발광성이 우수하다.In particular, the inorganic perovskite compound has a luminous efficiency of 90% or more, which is a ratio of emitting absorbed light energy as a photon, and thus has excellent luminescence properties.
상기 인광 미세 입자는 포톤의 방출을 최대화하고 포논의 방출을 최소화하면서 태양광 흡수 후 포톤을 천천히 방출하는 반도체 물질로 이루어질 수 있다.The phosphorescent fine particles may be made of a semiconductor material that slowly releases photons after absorbing sunlight while maximizing the emission of photons and minimizing the emission of phonons.
이러한 상기 인광 미세 입자는 태양광을 조사한 후 태양광을 차단하여도 발광이 지속되어 짧게는 수초, 길게는 수 시간 동안 발광할 수 있다.The phosphorescent fine particles continue to emit light even if sunlight is blocked after irradiation with sunlight, and thus may emit light for a short period of time or several hours.
이에 따라, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발광형 냉각 소자(100)는 밤 시간 동안에도 추가적인 광 에너지 공급 없이 발광이 가능하여 밤에도 시각적 효과 및 광고 효과를 제공할 수 있다.Accordingly, the light-emitting
구체적으로, 상기 인광 미세 입자는 유로퓸(Eu)이 도핑된 SrSiO4-Al2O3를 포함할 수 있으나, 상기 물질에 제한되는 것은 아니다.Specifically, the phosphorescent fine particles may include europium (Eu) doped SrSiO 4 -Al 2 O 3 , but is not limited to the material.
실시예에 따라서, 발광 미세 입자(132)는 특정 색의 발광성을 유지하는 보호층(133)으로 코팅될 수 있다.According to an embodiment, the light-emitting
The
실시예에 따라서, 보호층(133)은 실리카(silica)를 포함할 수 있으며, 외부 환경에 영향 받지 않고 발광 미세 입자(132)를 안정적으로 보호할 수 있는 물질이라면 상기 물질에 제한되지 않는다.Depending on the embodiment, the
실시예에 따라서, 발광 미세 입자 합성 시 APTES를 첨가한 후 대기 중에 노출시켜 가수분해 반응을 진행한 다음 응축 과정을 거쳐 보호층(133)이 형성된 발광 미세 입자(132)를 제조할 수 있다.According to an embodiment, when synthesizing the light-emitting fine particles, APTES is added and exposed to the atmosphere to undergo a hydrolysis reaction, and then a condensation process may be performed to prepare the light-emitting

이때, 상기 냉각 온도는 대상 물체에 상기 실시예 1, 실시예 2, 대조예 2를 적용한 후 35℃에서 냉각된 대상 물체의 온도에서 대상 물체에 상기 실시예 1, 실시예 2, 대조예 2를 구비하기 직전 대상 물체의 온도 차를 의미한다.At this time, the cooling temperature is applied to the target object in Example 1, Example 2, and Control Example 2 at the temperature of the target object cooled at 35°C after applying the Example 1, Example 2, and Control Example 2 to the target object. It means the difference in temperature of the target object just before it is equipped.
[표 2][Table 2]
도 4 및 표 2를 참조하면, 자외선-가시광선-근적외선 영역에서 상기 실시예 1(CPB+PDMS/Ag/glass)의 CPB 미세 입자와 상기 실시예 2(CPI+PDMS/Ag/glass)의 CPI 미세 입자는 PDMS 매트릭스에 혼입되어 있더라도 높은 반사율을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있다.4 and 2, CPB fine particles of Example 1 (CPB+PDMS/Ag/glass) and CPI of Example 2 (CPI+PDMS/Ag/glass) in the ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared region. It can be seen that the fine particles have a high reflectivity even if they are incorporated in the PDMS matrix.
또한, 상기 대조예 2(PDMS/Ag/glass)와 비교하여 볼 때 상기 실시예 1 및 상기 실시예 2는 상기 대조예 2와 큰 광학적 특성 차이가 없는 것으로 확인할 수 있다.In addition, when compared with Comparative Example 2 (PDMS/Ag/glass), it can be seen that Example 1 and Example 2 did not have a significant difference in optical properties from Comparative Example 2.
이는 상기 실시예 1 및 실시예 2가 태양광에 대한 낮은 흡수에도 불구하고 높은 발광 효율을 가지기 때문이다.This is because Examples 1 and 2 have high luminous efficiency despite low absorption of sunlight.
또한, 중적외선 영역(8~13μm)에서 상기 대조예 2는 -7.68℃가 냉각되었고, 상기 실시예 1은 -8.51℃로 냉각되었으며, 상기 실시예 2는 -7.48℃가 냉각된 것을 확인할 수 있다.In addition, it can be seen that in the mid-infrared region (8 to 13 μm), Comparative Example 2 was cooled to -7.68°C, Example 1 was cooled to -8.51°C, and Example 2 was cooled to -7.48°C. .
이는 중적외선 영역(8~13μm)에서는 PDMS 매트릭스의 고유 특성에 의해서 중적외선에 대하여 높은 방사(혹은 흡수)율을 가지기 때문에 냉각 효과를 가지는 것이다.This has a cooling effect in the mid-infrared region (8 to 13 μm) because it has a high radiation (or absorption) rate for mid-infrared due to the inherent characteristics of the PDMS matrix.

And it can be seen that about 3° C. is cooled.
또한, 상기 실시예 1, 실시예 2, 대조예 2가 적용된 대상 물체는 밤 시간 동안 유사한 온도 변화량을 가진 것을 확인할 수 있다.In addition, it can be seen that the target objects to which Example 1, Example 2, and Control Example 2 are applied have similar temperature changes during the night time.
