Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fire control device and method for detecting fire and controlling fire fighting equipment.
The fire control system is a system that monitors and controls firefighting equipment to detect the situation through the fire alarm system and determine the fire situation. In addition, the fire alarm system is a firefighting facility that generates an alarm when a fire occurs to induce quick evacuation and fire suppression. Referring to FIG. 1, a fire alarm system includes a detector for detecting a fire, a receiver for receiving a fire detection signal from the detector, and an alarm notifying of a fire through various signals. In general, fire alarm systems can be divided into manual and automatic methods. The automatic fire alarm system generates fire alarms automatically, but the manual fire alarm system requires manual operation of the alarms to generate fire alarms.
In temples and cultural properties, it is often difficult to establish an automatic fire alarm system and fire control system due to various restrictions such as preservation of buildings. Since the manual fire alarm system requires manual operation of the facility, it is very difficult to quickly know the fire situation in the event of a fire. Moreover, even after knowing the fire situation, temples and cultural properties are often located far away from the city, so it takes more time to extinguish the fire. In temples and cultural properties, there is a desperate need for a fire control system that can automatically activate fire fighting equipment in case of fire while utilizing the already established manual fire alarm system.
Moreover, temples and cultural properties are often wooden structures. Wooden buildings are vulnerable to fire, so in the event of a fire, damage at the level of a burnt-out can occur. In particular, due to the material characteristics of wooden buildings, there is a very high possibility that a fire will transfer to adjacent buildings. Therefore, in a place adjacent to a wooden building, it is necessary to first prevent the fire from moving to the adjacent building in the event of a fire. This is because if a fire moves, all other buildings can be burned out, and the scale of the fire increases rapidly, making it difficult to extinguish.
It is also very important to preserve the original by preventing fire from moving from other buildings to temples and cultural properties. This is because temples and cultural properties have high cultural value, so once destroyed in a fire, it is virtually impossible to restore their value. Therefore, unlike other buildings, it can be said that for temples and cultural properties, preventing fire from spreading itself is an important purpose of fire suppression.
On the other hand, among the fire alarm systems, a detector is a facility that detects a fire, and serves to detect a fire for the first time when a fire occurs. When the detector detects a fire, it sends a signal to the receiver, which induces evacuation and fire suppression through other fire fighting equipment.
However, there were many cases of fire alarms even though the detector misunderstood heat or dust as a fire or the fire did not occur due to a malfunction of the detector. In general, in a fire alarm system, a detector detects a fire for the first time, so if a detector malfunctions, a fire alarm occurs. Eventually, frequent fire alarms cause complaints to occur, and the manager is forced to turn off the detector or receiver in many cases.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the detector or receiver is turned off, a problem occurs in that the fire alarm system does not work when an actual fire occurs. In fact, there have also been incidents where a fire occurred while the detector or receiver was turned off, killing thousands of people. These incidents could have prevented significant human damage if rapid evacuation and fire suppression were carried out, but as a result, the detectors or receivers were turned off, leading to a major disaster.
If the detector or receiver can detect a fire, a fire alarm system can prompt evacuation and fire suppression in the event of a fire. Therefore, it is the most important task to induce the detector or receiver to be always turned on even in normal times. Everyone agrees that it's important to have a detector or receiver on, but the discomfort caused by a malfunction is an important factor in turning off the detector or receiver.
The present invention makes it possible to automatically operate fire fighting equipment by remotely controlling a fire situation even in a place where a manual fire alarm system is installed without replacing the existing system.
The present invention is intended to induce rapid evacuation and fire suppression by predicting the transfer of a fire to another building when a fire occurs due to the characteristics of a wooden building that is vulnerable to fire.
In addition, the present invention is to solve the problem of turning off the detector or the receiver even in normal times because the malfunction of the detector is too frequent.
The fire control device according to the present invention is a fire control device including a first device connected to a receiver, a control server, and a second device connected to a manual control box of a fire extinguishing facility, and the first device controls when a fire event is received from the receiver. A fire data transmission unit for transmitting fire data to the server, and the second apparatus comprises: a control signal reception unit for receiving a control signal of a fire extinguishing facility from a control server; And a control unit for controlling the fire extinguishing equipment according to the control signal.
In the fire control apparatus according to the present invention, the control server includes: a receiver configured to receive wind direction and wind speed data sensed by a plurality of sensors; A storage unit for storing map data of a control target area and wind direction and wind speed data before and after a fire occurs; And an area prediction unit that predicts a fire transferable area.
In the present invention, even where a manual fire alarm system is installed, it is possible to automatically operate fire fighting equipment by remotely controlling a fire situation without replacing an existing system through a fire control device.
In addition, the present invention can induce rapid evacuation and fire suppression by predicting a fire transferable area where a fire moves to another building. When predicting an area where fire can be transmitted, it is possible to establish an optimal fire response strategy for each area to be controlled by reflecting regional importance while being based on objective data through learning of big data and artificial neural networks.
In addition, the present invention can solve the problem of turning off the detector or the receiver even when the detector malfunctions too frequently, through multiple sensors and statistical tests. Through multiple sensors and statistical tests, it is possible to minimize sensor malfunction and more accurately determine whether there is a non-fire.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling fire using a control server. In the case of wooden structures that are susceptible to fire, such as temples and cultural properties, there is a high possibility that the fire may be transferred to or from adjacent structures. The present invention can predict a fire transferable area to support rapid evacuation and fire suppression. Moreover, since temples and cultural properties have high cultural value, it is possible to predict a fire transition zone and respond according to the fire situation in real time.
Meanwhile, in the conventional fire alarm system, fire alarms occur too frequently due to malfunction of a detector or receiver, and there are many cases in which the detector or receiver must be turned off. However, the present invention determines whether there is a non-fire due to a malfunction of the sensor without turning off the detector or the receiver, and does not generate an alarm when it is determined as non-fire. Therefore, it can be induced to keep the detector or receiver always on.

10 is a diagram visually showing geographic information of a control target area included in map data according to an embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the
11 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the
12 is a diagram illustrating a flow chart in which the
The present invention classifies wind direction and wind speed data before a fire (Group 1) and wind direction and wind speed data after a fire (Group 2). Since fire occurrence is a special situation, wind direction and wind speed data (group 1) before the fire is generally accumulated much more. Therefore, when predicting a possible fire transition area, using data of wind direction and wind speed before the fire (Group 1) can reflect various environmental factors that have already been accumulated. However, when a fire significantly changes the wind direction and wind speed, it is desirable to use wind direction and wind speed data after the fire (Group 2). Conversely, if the fire does not significantly change the wind direction and wind speed, using the wind direction and wind speed data before the fire (Group 1) can more accurately predict the possible fire transition area. In the present invention, a test statistic P value may be used as a criterion for selecting and using a data group when predicting a fire transferable area.
For example, assume that wind direction and wind speed are collected every second. Then, the wind direction and wind speed data before the fire (Group 1) and the wind direction and wind speed data after the fire (Group 2) follow a normal distribution according to the central limit theorem. Therefore, it is possible to test whether there is a difference in the mean between the two groups (

14 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the
15 is a diagram illustrating a flowchart for estimating a transition speed by dividing an area to be controlled into a plurality of areas by the
More specifically, the
In this case, the area to which the fire is transmitted may be detected through a plurality of sensors. Such sensors include differential sensors, thermostatic sensors, photoelectric sensors, flame sensors, air circulation sensors, camera modules, and the like. By sensing a location and time at which a fire is transferred through a plurality of sensors installed at the same location and a sensor installed at a plurality of locations, it is possible to sense that the fire is transferred to another area.
16 is a view showing a state in which the
The importance level can be set in various ways according to the scale. At this time, the importance level is set using damage information including whether a person resides, whether or not to possess cultural properties, a damage recovery cost, and a damage recovery period. This damage information is information included in the map data of the
Depending on the embodiment, the importance may be set by a recovery cost function. Here, the recovery cost function is a function that outputs the cost required for recovery per area unit when a fire occurs using damage information. When a specific area is predicted as a fire transferable area, the recovery cost is calculated by the recovery cost function using the damage information of that area. Recovery cost and importance can be set in a proportional relationship. That is, the higher the recovery cost, the higher the importance can be set. This recovery cost function can be used as a reference when establishing a fire fighting strategy. For example, it is possible to derive a fire transferable area where the sum of the recovery cost functions is the minimum.
The control signal generation unit generates a control signal for controlling fire extinguishing equipment included in the fire transferable area. Extinguishing equipment included in the fire transfer zone is used to extinguish a fire that will soon transfer. The control signal generator can effectively control the fire extinguishing facility so that the fire does not spread by using information on the fire transferable area. According to an embodiment, the control signal generation unit may operate the fire extinguishing equipment included in the fire transferable area according to the importance before fire transfer. The reason why the fire extinguishing system is activated in advance is to prevent fire spread. For example, if a fire is determined to be a general fire (type A) and the fire extinguishing facility corresponds to a sprinkler, the fire extinguishing water may be supplied in advance by forcibly operating the sprinkler before the fire is transferred. This is because, if fire extinguishing water is supplied to the building in advance, the transition of the fire can be delayed a little.
The fire extinguishing facility can supply fire extinguishing water to the exterior walls of buildings included in the fire transfer zone. Fire spread can be delayed by supplying fire extinguishing water to the exterior walls of buildings where fire spread is predicted. In particular, when the building is a wooden structure, water for fire extinguishing seeps into the wood, which can delay the spread of fire to the wood. If it is possible to delay the spread of the fire, it is possible to induce evacuation, move cultural properties, or intensively extinguish the fire in areas of high importance. In particular, it is very difficult to install sprinkler facilities inside buildings for preservation of cultural properties or temples. Therefore, it is possible to build a fire extinguishing facility that supplies fire extinguishing water from outside the building. According to an embodiment, it is possible to supply fire extinguishing water from the outside of the building by installing a pipeline outside the building. If fire extinguishing water is supplied to the exterior wall of a building, it is possible to delay the fire transition of a wooden building even a little more, and it is possible to earn time before the fire extinguishing begins in earnest.
Referring to FIG. 9, the

The present invention combines big data and machine learning to predict a fire transferable area with high accuracy based on objective data. 18 is a diagram showing the configuration of the
The
19 is a view showing the configuration of a sensor in the
The conventional determination of fire by heat or smoke detection has its own problems. It is easy to judge whether a fire is fired by heat, but there is a problem of generating a non-fire report due to a heating device located indoors in winter. Judgment by smoke is effective in detecting fire at an early stage, but there is a problem of generating frequent non-fire reports due to the principle of smoke detection. In particular, according to the survey data of the Fire Protection Facility Management Association, it is confirmed that smoke detectors exhibit a non-fire protection rate that is about twice as high as that of heat detectors. Accordingly, the present invention combines the advantages of the sensor type and combines three types of sensors to compensate for the disadvantages to determine whether there is a fire.
20 is a view showing a state in which the
The
The
21 is a diagram showing the configuration of the
If there is a pattern in which the sensor's sensitivity output changes in a non-fire state, the pattern is not caused by a fire. Therefore, it is necessary to compensate or adjust the sensing value so as not to detect this pattern as a fire event. The regular pattern in which the sensor's sensitivity output changes can be statistically estimated. And the sensitivity output of the sensor, that is, the sensing value follows a certain probability distribution. By inferring the pattern of the probability distribution, the pattern in which the sensitivity output of the sensor changes can be estimated. The
23 is a flowchart illustrating a statistical test of a random variable of sensing data according to a check signal by the
24 is a diagram showing the configuration of the
The event value is set to exceed the value obtained by adding the standard deviation to the average of the sensing data according to the N check signals when the P value is greater than or equal to 0 or less than the predetermined value during N tests according to the N check signals. . In many cases where the P value is 0 or more and less than a predetermined value during N tests, it means that the difference in sensing data before and after the check signal is statistically significant. In order to automatically set the event value according to the change in the sensitivity output of the sensor, the sensitivity output in the changed state must be considered. Accordingly, an event value may be newly set as a statistic of N number of sensing data determined to have a significant difference in the non-fire state. However, when the event value is set as the average of the N sensing data, the sensor may detect the fire event even if there is a slight variation in the average. Therefore, a value that exceeds the value obtained by adding the standard deviation to the average of N sensing data is set as a new event value. The new event value may be set in consideration of the type and environment of the sensor in a range exceeding the value obtained by adding the standard deviation to the average of the N sensing data.
It is desirable that the event value be changed only when it is surely determined that the sensitivity output of the sensor has changed. Therefore, when N is at least 30 or more, and M is 0 or more to 0.3 or less of N, the event value can be changed. When N is at least 30 or more, the sensing data is approximated to a normal distribution according to the central limit theorem. In addition, if the statistically significant difference corresponds to 80% or more, it will be possible to reliably estimate that the sensitivity output of the sensor has changed. The closer M is to 0, the closer N-M is to N, so it is strongly supported that there is a statistically significant difference. Therefore, the more conservatively you want to change the event value, you can set M to a value closer to 0.
When a certain sensor detects a fire event, the

FIG. 27 is a flowchart illustrating a statistical test of a probability variable of sensing data before and after a fire event, by the
According to an exemplary embodiment, when the P value is less than or equal to 1 or exceeds a predetermined value, the
