Description
The present invention relates to a dehumidification duct using a swirling flow applicable even in high humidity weather or season so that the effective performance of biooxygen for deodorizing indoor spaces applied to various sewage treatment plants, food waste treatment plants, and cattle manure of local governments and industries.
A general duct is a conduit that carries contaminated air from a pollutant source to a prevention facility or from a prevention facility to a final discharge port, and is composed of a main duct and a branch duct. Therefore, one or more ducts directly connected to the hood are connected by branch pipes to transport contaminated air to the prevention facility. Generally, the supply and exhaust system consists of a hood, duct, fittings and exhaust fan.
Meanwhile, a common duct is a main duct of an exhaust system, and submain ducts of a simple system are connected to this main pipe, and branch ducts are connected to this main pipe again.
In the design of the duct, first, design the supply and exhaust hoods with appropriate operation control, and determine the design flrate of the supply and exhaust hoods. Second, determine the minimum duct velocity. Since the conveying ducts exhaust particulate matter, a minimum transport velocity must be maintained in the duct to prevent sedimentation in the conveying duct, and the duct velocity for vapors, gases and non-condensable fumes is not important. Third, the size of the branch duct is determined by dividing the design flow rate by the minimum duct speed. Select a duct with a slightly smaller inner diameter so that the actual duct speed is greater than the minimum duct speed. Fourth, the design length for each part of the duct, fittings, and elbows required is determined using the schematic diagram. Here, the design length is the centerline distance along the duct, and the elbow radius is negligible. Fifth, the pressure loss for the supply and exhaust systems is calculated. Pressure loss due to frictional action or fittings can be calculated by using the velocity pressure method or the equivalent length method. At this time, the speed pressure method is used more often, because it is faster to use the speed pressure method, and all losses such as the inflow loss of the hood are calculated by the same criteria. In addition, since the duct is designed by the balanced method, there is an advantage that the size of the branch duct can be quickly recalculated.
For reference, the targets of the dust sucked from the hood range from those with a particle diameter of about 0.1 μm to several mm, and the types of these dusts are diverse, and it is a general feature that these dusts are not deposited in the duct and are transported to the prevention facility. The speed at which the dust is transported is called the conveying speed, and although it varies depending on the nature of the dust and the condition of the piping, the conveying speed of the heavy metal dust and water-wet dust must be made fast, and the light dust may be late.
The indoor air conditioning duct described above has a dehumidifying function, but in the case of industrial use, a general duct that simply inflows natural outside air without a dehumidifying function was used. In this case, in winter, indoor air drops rapidly and affects specific equipment or sensors to stop machine operation or make the working environment difficult, and the discomfort index also increases even at the same temperature during the rainy season.
Therefore, in the case of a working environment where odor occurs, the efficiency of removing odor may be lowered while the working environment may be deteriorated. Accordingly, a new technology for dehumidifying exhaust or supply air through a duct is required.
On the other hand, indoor air conditioning plays the role of dehumidification, vibration suppression, and temperature maintenance. In particular, even at the same temperature, when the humidity is low, the discomfort index felt by humans is considerably lowered. Therefore, if the humidity of the indoor air can be lowered under the indoor temperature regulation, the above problem can be largely solved. However, the current dehumidification for lowering the humidity uses a method of condensing moisture in the air at a low temperature using a refrigeration cycle, and thus there is a problem in that a cooling device must be operated for dehumidification in a general air conditioning system.
This dehumidification is the same in general industrial sites. Therefore, in order to remove moisture from the gas containing moisture, a separate dehumidifying device is used, and such a dehumidifying device requires a process of cooling the gas to increase the saturated water vapor pressure. Therefore, in order to dehumidify while maintaining the temperature of the gas, energy for cooling the gas and energy for heating again are required. Therefore, if the absolute humidity of the input gas can be partially reduced, a considerable energy saving effect can be enjoyed.

Accordingly, the present invention was invented to solve the above problems, and dehumidification using a swirling flow capable of efficiently dehumidifying without configuring and driving a separate dehumidifying device or a cooling device for dehumidification of air supplied or exhausted. The present invention has the effect of efficiently performing dehumidification treatment without configuring and driving a separate dehumidifying device or a cooling device for dehumidification of air supplied or exhausted.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that moisture can be removed by using natural fluid technology using the supply air generated from the existing duct so that it can be grafted into the existing supply and exhaust duct lines, and can be applied to a general air purification system and to an air conditioning system. It has the effect of lowering indoor humidity. As a result, it is expected to reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the duct specification and compact duct production by significantly reducing the pressure loss in the duct as well as energy saving effect by not using the refrigeration cycle.
In particular, when the humidity is high indoors, it is harmful to the environment and health, such as secondary induction of odor and the propagation of various bacteria, but if moisture is removed effectively in a business place or environment with high external humidity, the relative humidity is lowered to reduce the oxygen cluster. It has the effect of reducing the failure rate of the used air purifier, increasing the efficiency, and maintaining a pleasant working environment and reducing the discomfort of the worker.

Two or more of the swirling
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the flow rate load of the air discharged from the
The
3 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing an embodiment of a drain pipe according to the present invention.
To describe the drain structure of the present embodiment in more detail, the
To this end, the
Subsequently, the container-shaped
The
4 is a perspective view showing a cross-sectional view of a portion of a duct body having an order line formed in the dehumidification duct according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of another exemplary duct body having an order line formed in the dehumidification duct according to the present invention Is a perspective view, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross-sectional view of an order line section according to the present invention.
The
The order lines 114 and 114 ′ may be one piping path formed from the conical
Through this, the water flowing along the inner surface of the duct body (110', 110') flows into and flows into the order lines (114, 114'), so it does not distribute to the airflow caused by the swirling flow mechanism fans (140, 140') It can flow stably toward (113).
On the other hand, the
The swirling
As mentioned above, not a lot of moisture may be formed on the inner surface of the circulating
In addition, the
As a result, the water flowing into the
