Description

단면보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 단면보수공법{Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof}Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Constructing Methods Using Thereof}

The present invention relates to a mortar composition for cross-section repair and a cross-section repair method using the same, and in more detail, including various civil construction works such as repair, reinforcement, cut surface, slope clearance, bridge, road improvement, tunnel, dam, etc. It relates to a mortar composition for cross-section repair applicable to all construction works and a cross-section repair method using the same.

In general, crude steel Portland cement is used for repair work for repairing and/or reinforcing areas where corrosion or erosion occurs a lot, such as a bridge deck, road surface, and exterior wall of a building.

Crude steel Portland cement has the advantage of superior workability compared to general cement, but it has a problem that the concrete is corroded due to the penetration of chloride or moisture due to its high water permeability.

In particular, crude Portland cement is difficult to use for emergency repair work that must be completed within a short time due to the nature of the work because it takes a long curing time for the concrete to harden.

Recently, the use of polymer cement concrete in which a polymer emulsion is added to concrete is gradually increasing to compensate for the shortcomings of crude Portland cement used in emergency repair work.

However, the existing polymer cement concrete provides a cause of increase in construction cost by using expensive polymer dispersion.

In addition, due to the characteristics of the material itself, the super-fast-hardening polymer cement concrete may cause initial plastic cracking due to rapid evaporation of moisture in the initial stage, and high drying shrinkage and heat of hydration may cause cracking.

In order to overcome this problem, Korean Patent No. 10-1512962 discloses, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 7 to 25 parts by weight of a cement binder; 35 to 1,000 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 25 to 1,000 parts by weight of coarse aggregate; 0.05 to 3 parts by weight of a water reducing agent; 10 to 30 parts by weight of ash; 3 to 15 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 3 to 15 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 5 to 10 parts by weight of high-functional powder; 5 to 15 parts by weight of a moisturizer; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a moisturizing aid; 5 to 10 parts by weight of mineral; 3 to 8 parts by weight of silica fume; And a mortar composition comprising 5 to 20 parts by weight of slag is disclosed.

In addition, it is possible to use a method of curing concrete using a rapid setting agent for rapid curing.

On the other hand, current quick-setting agents commonly used in Korea include inorganic salt-based quick-setting agents containing sodium silicate and/or potassium silicate as the main component, and react with calcium hydroxide with calcined alum to produce calcium aluminate hydrate, ethringite, etc. There is a quick-setting agent containing a rapidly hardening mineral to rapidly set the cement, and there is a cement-based quick-setting agent containing calcium aluminate and/or calcium sulfoaluminate.

Here, the cement-based quick-setting agent is superior in long-term strength than the above-described rapid-setting agent containing inorganic salt-based and rapid-setting minerals.

However, since the cement-based rapid setting agent is alkaline, it is difficult to work in a specific place, such as a closed space, if a large amount of it is used, and there is a possibility of contaminating the surrounding soil.

The present invention has been created in order to solve the above problems, and aims to provide a mortar composition for cross-section repair having a strength equal to or higher than that of a conventional cement composition while improving the working environment and reducing environmental pollution.
