Description
The present invention relates to a transmission plate, a method of manufacturing the same, a heat sink including the same, and a vibration plate including the same, and a transmission plate having a base pattern formed by being pressed by a master substrate, a method of manufacturing the same, a heat sink including the same, and a vibration plate including the same It is related to.
In general, a heat sink is a plate made to dissipate heat well by using radiation or convection, and it absorbs heat generated from the product by using a metal with fast heat transfer and transfers it to the wing installed outside. It was made to cool while in contact with.
In recent years, as all products such as semiconductors have been miniaturized, semiconductors and sockets for testing semiconductors have also been miniaturized. Accordingly, a plan has been devised to maximize the effect of heat dissipation while manufacturing a heat sink in a small size.
In order to manufacture such a heat sink, conventionally, it was processed using an end mill. However, when the fins of the heat sink are processed using an end mill, there is a disadvantage that the spacing between the fins and the fins cannot be processed below a certain size due to the size of the end mill itself.
In addition, when processing the heat sink with an end mill, the heat sink itself must be fixed and processed. However, the aluminum plate that forms the heat sink itself is bitten and fixed by a fixing device such as a bite, so that the part that was fixed to the bite after fin processing is damaged or scratched. As a result of this, the outside of the heat sink is reprocessed, which makes the work difficult and takes a long time.
Accordingly, various technologies related to heat sinks that are applied to miniaturized semiconductor devices to increase heat radiation efficiency have been developed. For example, in the Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1028832 (application number: 10-2010-0103529, applicant: Pusan National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation), the step of forming a heat sink structure, and the AC anodizing process using an electrolyte solution. The step of causing fitting corrosion to occur on the upper surface of the heat sink structure by the AC anodizing process, by growing a point of occurrence of fitting corrosion occurring on the upper surface of the heat sink structure in a downward direction from the upper surface of the heat sink structure to increase the surface area. Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a heat sink using AC anodizing, including the step of increasing. In addition, various technologies related to heat sinks are continuously researched and developed.
In general, the diaphragm refers to a part that vibrates by receiving sound from a transducer that converts sound from a microphone into an electric signal, or a part that vibrates according to an electric signal and generates sound in a transducer that converts an electric signal from a speaker into sound.

Various studies have been conducted on methods or devices capable of miniaturizing such a diaphragm as well, without deteriorating performance according to the miniaturization of electronic devices. For example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1523523 (Application No.: 10-2014-0082873, Applicant: S-Tech Co., Ltd.) is formed in a funnel shape, and an insertion hole is formed at the center side, and a radius based on the center of the insertion hole An inclined portion formed of this long long-diameter portion and a short-diameter portion having a shorter radius than the long-diameter portion, formed on the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole along the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole, and downward of the inclined portion A diaphragm is disclosed, comprising a protruding neck portion, wherein an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole on the short-diameter side is positioned above the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole on the long-diameter side.
