Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a friction-type lead seismic isolation support that plays the role of a bridge support that is installed in one direction and a fixed end during normal times, and functions as a friction-type bridge support when a large load such as an earthquake is applied.
In general, a bridge is deformed due to expansion and contraction caused by temperature difference due to temperature change, drying shrinkage and creep according to concrete characteristics, wind load and activation.
Accordingly, the bridge installs a bridge support between the upper structure and the lower structure of the bridge to prevent deformation of the upper structure of the bridge to smoothly transfer the load according to the upper structure of the bridge to the pier or By accommodating rotation and horizontal displacement, the durability and stability of the bridge are maintained.
In addition, a plurality of bridge top plates (also referred to as slabs) having a predetermined length are stretchable to each other through expansion joints so that contraction due to temperature change during vehicle passage and expansion and contraction of the upper structure due to elongation and vehicle drivability can be smoothly accommodated. It will be connected and installed.
That is, the above-described bridge is installed for the upper plate, which is the upper structure of the bridge, the bridge piers and abutments that are erected and fixed on the ground as a lower structure of the bridge, and the bridge support that supports the upper plate on the piers and the upper surface of the abutment It consists of an expansion joint.
As for the bridge bearings, due to the climatic characteristics of Korea, where four seasons change, a one-point fixed type seismic bridge with a fixed end and a movable end has been generally used.
However, in the case of the seismic bridge, there has been an unreasonable problem in that the inertial force of the upper structure is concentrated in the fixed-end pier and the fixed-end support, thereby increasing the construction cost of the lower structure.
Accordingly, in recent years, seismic isolating support at the two-way movable end has been applied to reduce seismic force by distributing seismic force to all piers and seismic isolating bridges that reduce construction costs under construction.
On the other hand, in the case of a seismic bridge, the fixed end and the movable end are installed in the upper structure of the above-described bridge type according to the temperature change, and expansion and construction occurs from the fixed end pier to both ends of the upper structure slab or the joint section between the slab and the slab. In the case of the isolation support, the entire bridge support is installed as a bidirectional movable end, so expansion and construction occurs at both ends of the slab or the joint section between the slab and the slab based on the center of the upper structure.
For example, when the upper structure is stretched according to the temperature change, there is almost no relative displacement between the central pier and the upper structure because the plurality of piers are expanded and contracted based on the center of the upper structure, but both ends of the upper structure slab or the slab Between the and the joint section of the slab, different large relative displacements occur according to the extension of the slab.
However, conventionally, when a bridge bearing of the same structure is applied without taking into account that the relative displacement between the pier and the superstructure is different for each section of the bridge, the superstructure is newly constructed due to temperature change, an earthquake load or wind load occurs. There has been a problem that the structure is damaged.
To solve this problem, a conventional Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0879364 bridge support system has been proposed.
The support is a bridge support system including a support device installed between the abutment or pier and the upper structure to allow a relative displacement of the abutment or pier and the upper structure, wherein the relative displacement is relatively large. At the point, a sliding support device that allows sliding is installed, and at the point where the relative displacement occurs relatively small, an elastic support device that does not allow sliding but allows elastic deformation is installed.
That is, in the case of the above-described elastic support device, the support device that does not allow sliding can be accommodated by the shear elastic deformation of the elastic pad, and sliding support devices are installed at both ends of the upper structure slab or the joint section between the slab and the slab. It is intended to accommodate the relative displacement of the structure and can accommodate the expansion and contraction action for horizontal displacement.
However, unlike the elastic support device described above, in the case of a spherical friction pendulum type seismic isolation support that slides along a spherical surface and absorbs horizontal displacement, it slides along the frictional spherical surface of the seismic isolation support when different horizontal displacements occur due to the extension of the upper structure slab. There has been a problem that a vertical step phenomenon occurs as shown in the figure below due to the occurrence of different vertical behaviors in the bridge support and the upper structure.
The friction-type lead seismic isolation support according to the present invention for solving the above problems forms resistance by the stiffness of the solder rod when the horizontal force of the bridge top plate is generated in normal times, and at the same time, the throttling direction or the throttling direction and the throttling direction by the bolt part The purpose of this purpose is to limit the behavior of the bridge to one-way or fixed-end bridge support, and when a large load such as an earthquake occurs, the bolt part breaks and the stainless steel plate and the friction material slide to perform the friction-type bridge support. There is this.
Another object of the present invention is to improve maintenance cost and workability by forming an elastic means on the bolt portion to prevent damage to the friction material by the bolt portion that is broken when a large load such as an earthquake is applied.
The present invention forms a resistance force due to the rigidity of the lead rod when the horizontal force of the bridge deck is generated in normal times, and at the same time, acts as a one-way or fixed-end bridge support by limiting the behavior in the direction of the bridge axis or the direction of the bridge axis and the bridge axis by the bolt part. In addition, when a large load such as an earthquake occurs, the bolt part is broken, and the stainless steel plate and the friction material slide together to perform a friction-type bridge support.
In addition, it is a useful invention capable of improving maintenance cost and workability by forming an elastic means on the bolt portion to prevent damage to the friction material by the bolt portion that is broken when a large load such as an earthquake is applied.

A look at the effect of the friction-type lead seismic isolation support according to the present invention having the above configuration is as follows.
First, the friction-type lead
In particular, by limiting the behavior in the throttling direction or in the throttling direction and the throttling direction by the
For example, when the
On the other hand, when a large force such as an earthquake is applied, the
At this time, in the present invention, between the
Such, the elastic means (S) moves the
This is, when the
That is, when the
On the other hand, when it is no longer possible to perform the role of the fixed end bridge support due to the rupture of the
Although the above-described embodiment has been described with respect to the most preferred example of the present invention, it is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention. It's obvious to the technologists.
