The present invention relates to a boiler using a carbon heating element, and to explain in more detail, a heating tank in which an internal space is maintained in a vacuum state, a plurality of carbon rod heaters arranged side by side in the heating tank, and the carbon rod heater, respectively. Consisting of a heater support part supported on both sides of the heating tank, and a boiler tube disposed to pass through the heating tank and rotate the carbon rod heater, passing through the boiler tube using radiant heat generated from the carbon rod heater It relates to a boiler configured to heat the boiler water more quickly and efficiently.
A boiler used for heating or industrial use is a device that generates high temperature and high pressure steam or hot water by heating water, and can be classified into a combustion type and an electric heating type according to a heating method. The double-burning boiler heats boiler water by burning fuel such as oil or gas, and because of its low thermal efficiency and causing air pollution, electric heating boilers are mainly used.
The electric heating boiler is a method of using a heating element that generates heat by electric resistance, and as the heating element, a metal heating element and a carbon heating element are mainly used. Boilers using metal heating elements (e.g., nichrome sheath heaters) take a long time to produce hot water at an appropriate temperature compared to carbon heating elements and have low energy efficiency, so electric heating boilers using carbon heating elements have recently been developed. .
For example, in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2009-0093055 (September 02, 2009), the
In addition, Patent Registration No. 10-0983203 (September 13, 2010) includes a body 100 for receiving boiler water, a heat source 200 installed inside the body 100 to heat the boiler water, and , It includes a reheater 300 for reheating the steam water heated by the heat source 200, and the heat source 200 is a boiler composed of a carbon heater rod 210 is introduced.
In addition, in Patent Registration No. 10-1566710 (November 02, 2015), the carbon heating rod 111 is housed in the quartz glass tube 112 to generate high-temperature radiant heat, and the heating unit 110 is located inside the center. Consisting of a high-pressure tank 140 housing the heating part 110 horizontally, and a spray nozzle 130 installed inside the high-pressure tank 140 to evenly spray water to the heating part 110 A hot water boiler is introduced.
Lastly, in Patent Registration No. 10-1646228 (August 1, 2016), a
In the case of conventional metallic electric heaters, boiler water is heated by conduction and convection heat transfer, whereas a boiler using a carbon heating element can heat the boiler water using high-temperature radiant heat generated from the carbon heating element. It has the advantage of excellent thermal efficiency.
However, as previously mentioned, in conventional boilers using carbon heating elements, most of the carbon heating elements are built into the heating tube body such as a glass tube or a metal tube, and the surface of the heating tube body has a structure in which boiler water directly contacts the heat transfer area. It is narrow and has a disadvantage in that it does not sufficiently utilize radiant heat from the carbon heating element.
However, in the case of Patent Registration No. 10-1566710 (November 02, 2015), the carbon heating rod of the heating unit 110 by spraying the boiler water to the heating unit 110 using a spray nozzle 130 ( 111) has the advantage of fully utilizing the high-temperature radiant heat, but the carbon heating rod 111 is housed in the quartz glass tube 112, and the boiler water directly contacts the surface of the quartz glass tube 122 As time passes, foreign substances are deposited on the surface of the glass quartz tube 112, and thus there is a disadvantage that the efficiency of radiant heat cannot be reduced in the carbon heating rod 111.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a boiler configured to heat boiler water more quickly and efficiently because a heat transfer area for radiant heat generated from the carbon heating element is wide in a boiler using a carbon heating element.
A boiler using a carbon heating element according to the present invention includes: a heating tank having both sides facing each other, and in which an internal space is maintained in a vacuum state; A plurality of carbon rod heaters disposed side by side in the inner space of the heating tank, and both ends of which are respectively supported on both sides of the heating tank; An adapter coupled to both ends of the carbon rod heater to supply external power, and slidably supporting the adapter on both sides of the heating tank to accommodate a length deviation that may occur due to a temperature change of the carbon rod heater. A heater support comprising an insulating flange and a heat-resistant airtight ring mounted between the adapter and the interface of the insulating flange; A boiler tube through which boiler water passes, made of a highly heat-resistant metallic material, enters the inner space from one side of the heating tank, turns the periphery of the carbon rod heater in a spaced state, and advances to the other side of the heating tank ; It characterized in that it is configured to include.
In the boiler using the carbon heating element according to the present invention, since the inner space of the heating tank maintains a vacuum state, radiant heat generated from the carbon rod heater is efficiently transferred to the boiler tube. In addition, since the boiler tube has a structure in which the periphery of the carbon rod heater is rotated in a spaced state, the heat transfer area for the radiant heat is wide, so that the heat efficiency is high and the boiler water can be heated more quickly.

However, since the accompanying drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention, the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. In addition, even though the configuration is essential for carrying out the present invention, detailed descriptions of matters that are introduced in the prior art or that can be easily implemented by a person of ordinary skill in the art will be omitted.
The boiler using the carbon heating element according to the present invention includes a

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Since the
As described above, in the present invention, since it is configured to supply cooling water into the
Meanwhile, the
Finally, the

According to another embodiment of the present invention, four

The boiler according to the present invention first includes boiler water through which radiant heat generated from the
In addition, since the
