Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mouse holder device. More specifically, by attaching a urine collection means to the holder body into which the experimental animal is inserted, urine of the experimental animal can be collected while the experimental animal is exposed to the test substance particles inside the holder body, and accordingly, the test substance particle exposure process It is possible to measure the health status of the experimental animal in real time during the process of exposure to the test substance particles, not after completion of this process, further improving the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation of inhalation toxicity based on this, and adjusting the location of the urine collection means. By making it possible to separate and collect only urine from the excrement of the experimental animal, it is possible to prevent contamination of the urine and collect and store only pure urine, thereby more accurately measuring the health status of the experimental animal. It is about.
20세기가 마이크로로 대별되는 시대였다면 21세기는 나노 시대라 할 수 있는데, 나노기술은 그 응용분야에 따라 나노소재와 나노소자, 그리고 환경 및 생명공학 기반기술 등으로 크게 분류할 수 있다.If the 20th century was the era of microscopic divisions, the 21st century can be said to be the nano era. Nanotechnology can be broadly classified into nanomaterials and nanodevices, and environmental and biotechnology-based technologies, depending on the application field.
이러한 나노기술은 원자나 분자단위의 극미세 물질을 인위적으로 조작하여 새로운 성질과 기능을 갖는 물질이나 장치를 만드는 것으로, 이는 오늘날 정보기술(Information Technology : IT) 및 기타 생명공학기술(biotechnology : BT)을 실현시키기 위한 하나의 최첨단 기술로 추앙받고 있는 실정이다.Such nanotechnology is to artificially manipulate microscopic substances in atomic or molecular units to create substances or devices with new properties and functions. This is today's information technology (IT) and other biotechnology (BT). It is being admired as a state-of-the-art technology to realize this.
하지만, 나노기술은 산업분야 전반에 걸쳐 새로운 기술혁명이라 인식될 정도로 많은 이로움과 유익함을 제공하는 것이기는 하나, 그 반면에 잠재적 위험성을 지니고 있는 것 또한 주지의 사실인 바, 이러한 잠재적 위험성은 바로 나노기술의 특성에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다.However, although nanotechnology provides many benefits and benefits that are recognized as a new technological revolution throughout the industry, on the other hand, it is also a well-known fact that it has a potential risk. It can be said that it is due to the nature of nanotechnology.
That is, the smaller the particle, the wider the specific surface area ratio, and the small particle with such a wider specific surface area ratio increases toxicity when reacting with living tissue. As an example, some nanoparticles such as titanium dioxide, carbon powder, diesel particles, etc. It has already been discovered through academic experiments that the smaller the size, the stronger the toxicity, such as causing inflammation. In addition, ultrafine nanoparticles are not filtered into the airways or mucous membranes, but can be lodged deep in the alveoli or migrate to the brain. Moreover, according to recent studies, theories have been reported that when nanoparticles accumulate in the body, they cause disease or central nervous disorder. .
Therefore, in recent years, with the development of nanotechnology, the stability evaluation of nanotechnology is also actively progressing. Typically, nanoparticle inhalation toxicity evaluation tests that evaluate the toxicity that occurs when nanoparticles are inhaled and accumulated in the human body are various experiments. It is being studied in animals. The human hazard data obtained through these nanoparticle inhalation toxicity evaluation tests are used as various basic data for nanoparticles throughout industries such as nanofibers, cosmetics, semiconductors, and drug delivery systems.
In recent years, not only the inhalation toxicity evaluation of these nanoparticles, but also various harmful substances such as mist, dust, gas, vapor, fine particles, ultrafine particles, smog, etc. Toxicity evaluation is in progress, and most of these inhalation toxicity evaluation tests are conducted in the same way. Hereinafter, all of the various harmful substance particles including nanoparticles are collectively referred to as harmful substance particles.
이러한 유해물질 입자에 대한 흡입 독성 평가 시험은 일반적으로 유해물질 입자를 에어로졸 상태로 발생시켜 일정 크기의 노출 챔버에 공급하고, 이러한 노출 챔버에 실험 동물을 투입시켜 유해물질 입자에 노출시킨 후 실험 동물의 다양한 변화 상태를 측정하는 방식으로 진행되고 있다. In the inhalation toxicity evaluation test for such harmful substance particles, generally, harmful substance particles are generated in an aerosol state and supplied to an exposure chamber of a certain size. Experimental animals are put into these exposure chambers and exposed to harmful substance particles, It is proceeding in a way that measures various states of change.
The exposure chamber device for performing such an inhalation toxicity evaluation test includes a whole body exposure chamber in which the experimental animal is put into a relatively large space, lives in the input space, and is exposed to harmful substances particles, and the experimental animal A nose only exposure chamber is generally used that is inserted into a relatively narrow space, fixed in position, and sucked harmful substance particles through the nose within the injected space. As the nasal exposure chamber device, a mouse holder device capable of fixing a position by inserting a mouse into an experimental animal is widely used.
마우스 홀더 장치는 내부에 실험 동물이 투입되도록 형성되며, 일측에는 유해물질 입자가 공급되는 유해물질 공급 챔버와 연통되게 연통홀이 형성되는데, 마우스 홀더 장치가 유해물질 공급 챔버와 연통 결합됨으로써, 내부에 투입된 실험 동물이 유해물질 입자에 노출되도록 구성된다. The mouse holder device is formed so that the laboratory animal is put inside, and a communication hole is formed on one side to communicate with the toxic substance supply chamber to which the toxic substance particles are supplied. The mouse holder device is connected in communication with the toxic substance supply chamber. It is configured so that the injected experimental animals are exposed to harmful substances particles.
In this way, after exposing the toxic substance particles to the experimental animal through the mouse holder device, the health condition of the experimental animal is measured to evaluate the inhalation toxicity state of the toxic substance particle. At this time, in order to measure the health status of the experimental animal, generally, the experimental animal is put into a separate metabolic cage, and excretion such as urine or blood is extracted from the experimental animal in this state to measure the health status of the experimental animal. do.
This method does not measure the health status of the experimental animal at the time when the experimental animal is exposed to the harmful substance particles, but does not measure the health status of the experimental animal after a certain time has elapsed from the time when the experimental animal is exposed to the harmful substance particles. Because it is to be measured, health status can be measured in a state in which the effect of the harmful substance particles on the experimental animal has been restored to some extent, and if the inhalation toxicity evaluation for the toxic substance particles is performed based on this, the accuracy of the result and There is a problem that reliability is lowered. In addition, there is a limitation in that it is not possible to determine the inhalation toxicity effect of the harmful substance particles in real time because the health status of the experimental animal cannot be measured during the process of the experiment animal being exposed to the harmful substance particles.
The present invention was invented to solve the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to mount a urine collection means in a holder body into which an experimental animal is put, so that an experiment while the experimental animal is exposed to the test substance particles inside the holder body. Urine of animals can be collected, and accordingly, it is possible to measure the health status of experimental animals in real time during the process of exposing the particles of the test substance rather than after the process of exposing the particles of the test substance is completed, and the accuracy of the evaluation of inhalation toxicity based on this And it is to provide a mouse holder device that can further improve the reliability.

It is to provide a mouse holder device that can more accurately measure the health status of a person.
In the present invention, in a mouse holder device in which an experimental animal is inserted into the interior, and is connected in communication with a separate test material supply chamber so that the injected experimental animal is exposed to the test material particles, a hollow so that the experimental animal can be inserted into the inner space. A holder body including a pipe-shaped body portion and a nose portion extending at one end of the body portion in a form of decreasing in diameter toward an end portion and having a communication hole formed thereon to communicate with the test substance supply chamber; And a position control plate mounted to the body part of the holder body to be movable along the length direction to fix the internal position of the test animal, and a urine discharge hole is formed in the body part of the holder body to discharge the urine of the test animal. And, it provides a mouse holder device, characterized in that the separate urine collection means is mounted in communication with the urine discharge hole so that urine of the experimental animal can be collected.

홀더 본체(100)의 외부에는 홀더 본체(100)의 외부 공간을 밀봉되게 감싸는 형태로 별도의 외부 커버(300)가 결합될 수 있다. 외부 커버(300)는 고정 커버와 분리 커버로 분리 형성될 수 있으며, 고정 커버는 홀더 본체(100)의 노우즈부(120)에 밀봉되게 결합되고, 분리 커버는 고정 커버의 일단에 분리 가능하게 결합된다. A separate
In this way, by coupling a separate
The
According to this structure, when the

이때, 소변 가이드홈(130)과 연결 파이프(410)의 연결 부위에는 실험 동물(P)의 소변(P2)이 소변 가이드홈(130)으로부터 연결 파이프(410) 측으로 누수 없이 흘러가도록 별도의 가이드 날개(131)가 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 가이드 날개(131)는 소변 가이드홈(130)의 끝단 부위에 연성 재질로 장착될 수 있다.At this time, at the connection portion between the
According to this structure, the mouse holder device according to an embodiment of the present invention urinates urine P2 of the test animal P during the process of exposing the test animal P to the test substance particles inside the
다시 말하면, 실험 동물(P)이 테스트 물질 입자에 노출되는 과정 중에 실험 동물(P)의 소변을 수집할 수 있고, 이를 통해 실험 동물(P)의 건강 상태를 테스트 물질 입자 노출 과정 중에 실시간으로 측정 가능하도록 할 수 있다.In other words, urine of the experimental animal (P) can be collected while the experimental animal (P) is exposed to the test substance particles, and through this, the health status of the experimental animal (P) is measured in real time during the exposure process of the test substance particles. The urine collection means 400 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is also configured to include a
이러한 구조에 따라 연결 파이프(410)의 위치를 실험 동물(P)의 소변 배출구(PP)에 인접하게 배치할 수 있으며, 실험 동물(P)로부터 배출되는 소변은 소변 배출홀(112)을 통해 연결 파이프(410) 내부로 직접 유입된 후, 소변 수집 튜브(420)에 수집 저장된다.According to this structure, the position of the
In this way, by allowing the position of the
In this way, the
