In general, the rig (rig) has been used for the development of submarine mining technology, by providing a drilling facility suitable for oil field development, as well as deep-sea oil fields, marginal fields (marginal field) of small areas that have been neglected because of economical efficiency.
Such a rig is a jack-up rig that installs the hull by placing 3 to 6 legs installed on the hull on the seabed, and a leg built on the lower hull of the water to support the deck of the sea. A semi-submersible type, a buried artificial island type made of artificial islands by embedding linear and sediment shaped like a hull, a gravity type that withstands wave or seismic forces by submerging submarines, etc., and a floating structure of disc-shaped floating structure Discs, etc.
Among the above-mentioned rigs, the jack-up rig can be installed not only on rocky areas but also on soft ground, and much effort has been made for structural stability. The hull is fixed to the seabed by a spud device including a spud can and a leg.
As a conventional spud apparatus, there is a spud apparatus of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0097022, a ship having the same, and a method of drying a ship having a spud apparatus.
As shown in Figure 3, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for fixing a spud can using ground monitoring according to the present invention.
As shown in Figure 4, the method for fixing a spud can using ground monitoring according to the present invention is a step of intruding a spud can (S11), a step of intruding an earth anchor (S12), and a step of applying a tensile force to the rod (S13) ), comparing the tensile force of the rod and the set tensile force (S14), and stopping the penetration of the spud can (S15).
As shown in (a) of Figure 5, according to the step (S11) of intruding the spud can, the spud can 110 provided at the bottom of the
As shown in (b) of FIG. 5, according to the step (S12) of intruding the earth anchor, the
According to the step (S13) of applying a tensile force to the rod, it is possible to apply a tensile force to the
According to the step (S14) of comparing the tensile force and the set tensile force of the rod, the tensile force applied to the
As shown in (c) and (d) of FIG. 5, when the tensile force applied to the
In the step of performing additional penetration of the spud can (S14 ), the spud can 110 may be additionally penetrated by increasing preloading, and in another example, the spud can 110 may be further penetrated by continuing the time of preloading. As another example, the additional penetration of the spud can 110 may be induced by the additional penetration of the
As shown in (e) of FIG. 5, according to the step (S15) of stopping the penetration of the spud can, when the tensile force applied to the
