When the display area AA of the

Further, pad electrodes for transmitting electrical signals to the scan driver and the data driver are positioned in the pad area of the
The
When the
The primary
An integrated circuit chip (not shown) is mounted in the pad area of the
Electronic devices (not shown) for processing driving signals are mounted on the
On the other hand, as described above, a mask made of a predetermined metal is used to define the deposition regions of the primary protective film and the secondary protective film, which are inorganic protective films, in the sealing of the current flexible organic light emitting diode display device. At this time, friction charging occurs in the process where the mask is seated on the TFT substrate, and peeling charging occurs when the mask is detached, thereby damaging the device.
Referring to FIG. 6, the present invention has a low dielectric constant of 1 to 6 on the top surface of the pad region of the
That is, an object of the present invention is to form an
In general, static electricity occurs during friction and peeling of the charged object.
When the polyimide is used as the
The reason for using an insulating material having a low dielectric constant is that the discharge energy (E) is proportional to the capacitance (C), because the capacitance (C) is proportional to the dielectric constant of the non-conductor used as in the following equation.
