Description

우수한 접착성과 산화방지성을 겸비하는 가구 몰딩용 접착 조성물 및 이에 의한 가구 몰딩용 자재{Adhesive composition for furniture molding having excellent adhesion and antioxidant property and material for furniture molding}Adhesive composition for furniture molding having excellent adhesion and antioxidant property and material for furniture molding}

The present invention is a technical idea related to an adhesive for furniture molding, and more particularly, to an adhesive composition for furniture molding that can improve the overall molding performance by excellent adhesion and oxidation prevention, and a material for furniture molding thereby.

Adhesion refers to the state where two surfaces are attached by the attraction between molecules, atoms, and ions, and the adhesion phenomenon is widely applied in our daily life, not only in daily life products such as tapes and bonds, but also in automobiles and cutting-edge semiconductor devices. , Recently, the demand for adhesives in each field has been diversified according to the remarkable industrial development.

Polymer adhesives can be divided into chemical reaction type, solvent type, and hot melt type according to the solidifying process. Among them, hot melt adhesive is a representative example that is easy to use and can meet the requirements for the recently emerging environment.

Here, the hot-melt adhesive (heat-melting adhesive) is an adhesive used to melt 100% solids in heat without dissolving or dispersing them in a solvent as a solid material at room temperature. Hot-melt adhesive was developed in the 1960s by DuPont for the first time in ethylene-vinyl acetate resin (EVA), and it has advantages such as high productivity and environment-friendly features through process automation, wide applicability, and re-adhesion. It is showing a high growth rate.

The hot-melt adhesive is cooled and solidified by dissipating heat on and around the adherend after being applied to the adherend in a molten state. Hot-melt adhesives have the characteristics of less work space and faster bonding speed without the need for drying compared to other solvent-based adhesives or water-dispersion adhesives.

On the other hand, furniture is manufactured using plywood or wood, and is finished using an edge band, which is a finishing material having a predetermined pattern printed therein, in order to finish the furniture edge portion beautifully.

The existing edge band was produced by forming a predetermined pattern through a transfer paper on one side of a base material made of a thermoplastic resin, and applying a primer on the other side of the base material to form a primer layer, and opening the primer layer of the edge band on the furniture edge area. It was attached using.

However, when applying the primer, it was difficult to control the concentration, and the workability was reduced, and the organic solvent contained in the primer contaminated the work place, and there was a serious problem that adversely affects the health of workers.

Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-1875343 (name of the invention: edge band and its manufacturing method) has been proposed.

According to the proposed document, a primer sheet layer formed under the base sheet layer; consisting of, the primer sheet layer includes a printed sheet layer formed under the first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer formed under the printed sheet layer, At least one of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer was composed of 100 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of silica.

As a result, the adhesion between the base sheet layer and the primer sheet layer, and the durability, water resistance and chemical resistance are excellent, and when the edge band is manufactured, the primer sheet layer is formed through thermal transfer to apply and dry the primer solution. It is possible to shorten the curing time of the primer sheet layer, and it is possible to omit the adjustment of the primer solution components, which is excellent in productivity, and to prevent the contamination of the work site due to the solvent used in the primer solution at the work site, thereby improving workability.

However, due to the unavoidable increase in the capacity of the adhesive for improving the adhesion, the production cost is increased, and the durability of the material is insufficient due to insufficient thermal stability. In addition, the adhesive generates free radicals by heat, light, or mechanical stress, which reacts immediately with oxygen to form peroxide radicals.

That is, when radicals are generated, three new radicals are generated, and a cyclic action attacking the polymer chain continues, resulting in crosslinking by radical polymerization. When using these hot melt adhesives, thermal stress is essential and decomposes into radical fragments, resulting in the same cross-linking phenomenon, so there is still room for improvement.

Republic of Korea Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1875343 (Invention name: Edge band and its manufacturing method)

On the other hand, the adhesive composition according to the present invention, the average particle is a silica hybrid compound containing a hydroxyl group having a diameter of 30 ~ 50㎚ may further include 1.0 to 2.0% based on the total weight of the adhesive composition.

Here, the additives are 3-aminopropyltriethyoxysilane (5.5-6.0% by weight), isophoronediisocyanate (5.5-6.0% by weight), poly glycol (poly glycol, tetramethylene ether) 15-20 Wt%, dibutyltindilaurate 0.01-0.1 wt%, tetraethoxyothosilicate 42.9-54.9 wt%, 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane 15- It is composed of 20% by weight and 4.0 to 5.0% by weight of purified water.

These additives maintain a glass transition temperature of -32℃ and a storage elastic modulus of up to 120℃ by covalent bonding of spherical silica particles having a diameter of 30 to 45nm, so excellent heat of 100℃ or higher that satisfies the heat resistance required by the adhesive. Provides stability.

In addition, the adhesive composition according to the present invention is an antimicrobial mixture in which the average particle is crushed to a size of 10-15 μm, Sericite, titanium oxide (TiO 2 ) and tungsten oxide (WO 3 ) powder in a 1:1:2 weight ratio. The catalyst may further contain 1.0 to 2.0% based on the total weight of the adhesive composition.

Although sericite is cheaper than zeolite, it has antimicrobial properties similar to zeolite, and titanium oxide and tungsten oxide induce photocatalytic activity not only in ultraviolet light but also in visible light, thereby continuously exhibiting antimicrobial properties.

Here, as for the titanium oxide, silver nitrate (AgNO 3 ) is coated by a reduction precipitation method, and tungsten oxide is heat-treated at 700 to 100° C. for 3 hours. These silkworms and titanium oxide and tungsten oxide are each powdered with a conventional grinder, and the powders are converted to ultrafine particles using an air-jet dry mill.

That is, the dry milling machine converts the size of the powder particles into ultrafine particles of 10 to 15 μm by injecting strong air pressure to collide with each other, and transforms the shape of the particles from a uniform spherical shape into a crushed oval or square shape. .

Therefore, as the particles of the metal powder are converted to ultra-fine particles, the dispersibility is improved, and the surface of the particles is roughened and widened, thereby doubling the antibacterial properties of the antibacterial catalyst.

As a result of the oxidation, it can be seen that the degree of color change is significantly lower in the first and second adhesives prepared by mixing the antioxidants than the general adhesives. That is, it can be seen that the antioxidant inhibits oxidation by forming a film on the surface of the adhesive to block contact with air. Here, the first adhesive has a cloudy but cloudy shape, and the second adhesive has a bright and dark color, so the second adhesive has the best results.
