A light emitting device package according to an embodiment includes a body having a cavity; A heat dissipation block located in the body; A light emitting device positioned in the cavity and positioned on the heat dissipation block; And a protection element spaced apart from the light emitting element in the cavity, wherein a portion of the body is located between the heat dissipation block and the light emitting element, and between the heat dissipation block and the protection element, and the heat dissipation block and the The thickness of the body positioned between the heat dissipation block and the protection element is greater than the thickness of the body positioned between the light emitting elements.
Description
The embodiment relates to a light emitting device package.
Light emitting devices such as light emitting diodes or laser diodes using semiconductor group 3 or 2-6 compound semiconductor materials of semiconductors have various colors such as red, green, blue, and ultraviolet light due to the development of thin film growth technology and device materials. It is possible to realize high-efficiency white light rays by using fluorescent materials or combining colors, and it has lower power consumption, semi-permanent life, faster response speed, safety, and environmental friendliness than conventional light sources such as fluorescent and incandescent lamps. It has the advantage of sex.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 again, a portion of the
According to the embodiment, since a part of the
보호소자(230)는 제너 다이오드(Zener Diode)일 수 있다.In the
A portion of the
Due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the
According to an embodiment, by placing the
The thickness of the
The thickness (d 1 ) of the
As an example, the thickness d 2 of the
According to an embodiment, the
2 and 4, the
According to an embodiment, each of the
When the plurality of light emitting

7 is an enlarged view of the P region of the second electrode pad in FIG. 4.
Referring to FIG. 7, the
Depending on the embodiment, the first direction and the second direction may be perpendicular to each other, or may form an angle in a range of about 50 to 70 degrees.
Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 again, a
The light-transmitting
