운동복 상의 배면 부분에 제 1 재봉부에 의하여 제 1 기능성원단부가 고정되고, 상의 배면 운동복 척추 부분과 복부 부분 내측으로 제 2 재봉부(13)에 의하여 일체로 형성된 제 2 기능성 원단부;와
상기 운동복 상의 소매 부분에는 소매 내측으로 제 3 재봉부로 고정되는 제 3 기능성 원단부와 상기 운동복 상의 겨드랑이 부분에는 겨드랑이 내측으로 제 4 재봉부로 고정되는 제 4 기능성 원단부;와
상기 운동복 상의 옷깃 정면 부분에는 쇄골 내측으로 제 5 재봉부로 고정되는 제 5 기능성 원단부;와
상기 운동복 하의 배면부분에는 제 6 재봉부에 의하여 발목 부분 첫단까지 연장되어 제 6 기능성 원단부가 형성되며,
상기 운동복 하의 정면부분에는 제 7 재봉부에 의하여 무릎 상부 부분까지 연장되어 제 7 기능성 원단부를 형성하는 신체 특정 부분에 기능성 원단이 함유된 운동복 상의 하의에 있어서,
