용기의 개구부에 결합되며 하단에 제1개구공이 형성되고 상부에 제2개구공이 형성된 캡;
상기 캡의 내측에 결합되며 내부에 약제저장부가 형성되며 하부에 제3개구공이 형성되고, 상부에 상판이 형성되며, 외주면에 나사부가 형성되고, 하단부에 돌출된 컷팅돌기가 형성된 홀더;
상기 캡의 하단 제1개구공을 밀폐하도록 형성되며 홀더의 하단과 접촉되게 형성된 밀폐부재;를 포함하되,
상기 홀더가 하강하면 컷팅돌기가 하강하면서 밀폐부재의 일측을 가압하여 절개하도록 한 것으로,
상기 홀더는 상부 측면에 환턱이 형성되고,
상기 환턱의 하단과 캡의 상단 사이에 이동간극이 형성된 것이며,
상기 이동간극은 컷팅돌기의 하강거리보다 길게 형성되며,
상기 이동간극은 밀폐부재를 밀어낼 수 있을 정도로 형성되고,
