Description
The present invention relates to an outdoor air conditioning system, and more particularly, to a cold air conditioning system for an energy storage system installed outdoors.
In general, an energy storage system (ESS) is a device for reducing peak power of a system and for stable operation of renewable power. When electricity is generated from a system or renewable power, it is stored in a storage battery. It is a device that supplies power to promote efficiency. The energy storage system is largely composed of a power conversion system (PCS) for converting power and a battery, a storage device for storing power.
There are two major problems in constructing an energy storage system. One can be classified into temperature and environmental resistance.
1. relating to temperature
In general, when the energy storage system is installed and installed, the following characteristics are shown in terms of heat and loss between the power conversion system and the storage battery. In the case of a power conversion system, the important point is how to effectively release the heat generated as a heating element to reduce the thermal stress on the internal components. For reference, because the 100kW power conversion system reference efficiency is 96 ~ 98%, 2 ~ 4kW heat generation occurs. On the other hand, in the case of a battery configured with a power conversion system, most of them are lithium-based batteries, the characteristics of the battery is required to maintain a constant temperature of 23 ℃ ± 5 ℃. When the battery is charged and discharged in an environment outside of temperature, the battery has a serious problem in safety and lifespan.
Related
When the energy storage system is installed in an outdoor type, the requirements of outdoor electric equipment are limited by a certain degree of protection to protect the system from dust and moisture coming from the outside. This is called IP protection class. The dictionary definition of IP protection class generally refers to the ability to protect the device from external and internal contacts, dust, water and external shocks. It defines the ability to resist. The degree of protection is specified in accordance with IEC 529, IEC 34-5 (IEC 60034-5). The marking method is defined as I P □ ○, □ is the class regulation for dustproof (solid), and ○ is the class regulation for waterproofing (liquid). In general, the lowest standard that categorizes outdoor use is IP44 class, which defines “no solid object penetrating more than 1.0 mm in diameter” with respect to IP4 ○ dustproof, and IP ○ 4 is 300 ~ 500 Protection is provided for 10 minutes of water sprayed in 10 minutes / minute in all directions at a distance of mm.
Due to the above two characteristics,
(1) In order to satisfy the constant temperature condition due to the thermal characteristics of the battery, an air conditioner is installed, which causes additional power loss for cold air conditioning of 4 to 6 kW based on the 100 kW power conversion system. In general, ROI, the return on investment of the energy storage system, should be about 6 to 7 years before the break-even point can be maintained if it is installed. You can bring This means that energy storage systems are not competitive and are therefore limited in securing markets.
(2) The minimum value required for outdoor electrical equipment is IP44, and the external case must be constructed in a sealed structure in order to take measures against such an environment. In this case, the cold air conditioning becomes more difficult due to the inability of heat exchange due to the sealing, and it must be composed of a double casing according to the closed system configuration, which leads to a price increase as well as various complicated problems. .
As a result, elements necessary to secure the competitiveness of energy storage systems are
(1) Implement a cold air conditioning system to reduce cooling and heating losses of 4-6kW to 1 ~ 2kW or less based on 100kW energy storage system to secure ROI within 5-6 years.
(2) The sealed structure of IP44 or above should be constructed in a new type of case that is simpler and dustproof and waterproof to cope with external dust and moisture, rather than the current structure.
The present invention is an object of the present invention to solve the above-described technical problems, and to provide a cold air conditioning system for outdoor use having a dustproof and waterproof function as well as maintaining the temperature at a constant level with a minimum of power. There is a purpose.
Cold air conditioning system of the present invention, the case; A heat sink installed inside the case; A heating element inserted into the heat sink; And a nano filter cartridge attached to a window formed on one surface of the case.
In addition, a plurality of through holes are formed on at least one surface of the heat sink, and a window is formed on the other surface of the heat sink.

In addition, the cold air conditioning system of the present invention, when the temperature measured by the thermistor is more than the second value, the fan is operated, the operation of the heating element is stopped. The cold air conditioning system of the present invention is characterized in that the operation of the fan and the heating element is stopped when the temperature measured by the thermistor is greater than the first value and less than the second value.

From the detailed description and examples of the present invention, those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily be deemed to be within the scope of the present invention.
Hereinafter, a method of maintaining a conventional temperature and a method for waterproofing and dustproofing will be described.
먼저, 종래의 온도를 유지하는 방법은, 냉공조를 위해 에어컨을 활용하는 방법과 HVAC(Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning)을 사용하는 방법이 있다.First, a method of maintaining a conventional temperature includes a method of utilizing an air conditioner for cold air conditioning and a method of using HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning).
The method of utilizing air conditioners for cold air conditioning is generally used in energy storage systems (ESSs), and an energy storage system is built in an air conditioner inside a case having an energy storage system therein. There is a way to maintain the heating and cooling of the battery and power conversion system (PCS) mounted in the.
In the case of using the air conditioner for the cold air conditioning, as described in the [Background technology of the invention] there is a problem that the power loss due to cold air conditioning occurs. That is, the air conditioner is built, which causes additional power loss for cooling and air conditioning of 4-6 kW based on the 100 kW power conversion system. The loss of cold air conditioning on this scale can have a very bad effect on the distribution of energy storage systems due to a sharp deterioration in the return on investment of the energy storage system.
The method of using HVAC for cold air conditioning is basically based on the case with insulation function, and the heat storage system using PCM (Phase Change Material) is built into the inside of the case to save energy by using heat exchange with the outside. It keeps the internal temperature constant. However, if there is only a small cross between the winter season and summer season like in Korea, the effect cannot be confirmed and the problem of price increase may occur.
As a conventional method for waterproofing and dustproofing, there is a method of maintaining the sealed structure of the case.
In order to maintain the sealed structure of the case, it is necessary to have a very complex structure such as a double case, and a separate treatment with accessories for various waterproof and dustproof such as a gasket. In addition, in order to maintain the sealed structure of the case, convection with the external atmosphere is very limited, which may cause problems with internal heat generation.
In the outdoor cold

The

As described above, the features of the outdoor cold
Temperature maintenance inside
In the outdoor cold
Accordingly, the outdoor cold
Specifically, when the temperature inside the
This results in convection with the outside atmosphere while preventing outside dust and moisture. As a result, convection heat to the outside creates cold air conditioning to provide heat resistance and environmental resistance to the outside.
Outdoor air-
That is, the outdoor cold
