Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite shock absorbing wire mount assembly, and more particularly, a complex shock absorbing wire mount assembly which is installed at a lower portion of a heavy equipment such as a switchboard so as to complexly dust or vibrate an external force or an earthquake. It is about.
In general, dustproofing the whole building is the best means to secure the seismic performance of the whole building, but there is a problem of low economical efficiency to be applied to protect small-scale telecommunication facilities in the building.
Therefore, the important electrical equipment and communication facilities installed in some floors or limited space without the need for dustproofing the whole building is applied to the dustproof device.
The anti-vibration device reduces the earthquake load transmitted to the upper structure by smoothly moving horizontally when the earthquake load is applied, and has a mechanism similar to the anti-vibration device used in buildings.
Currently, domestic and overseas anti-vibration equipment is a very expensive product, the product cost is a problem when the actual application from the user's point of view. The performance of the anti-vibration device is adopted to prevent the normal operation and conduction of the upper telecommunication equipment in the event of an earthquake. In order to meet the anti-vibration performance, low friction bearing products used in precision machines and expensive products are manufactured. It is true.
Considering the importance of telecommunication facilities and information data and the risk of earthquake disaster, which continues to increase in the vicinity of the Korean Peninsula, the demand for dustproof equipment is gradually increasing. Development of low cost products is urgent.
In recent years, large-scale earthquakes in Japan, Taiwan, and China, the neighboring countries of the Korean Peninsula, caused major damages to electricity, telecommunications, and electronics. There is a growing trend.
As industrialization accelerates and develops, vibration-sensitive devices related to electronics and communications have been developed and used, and economic and social damages caused by damage to electronic and communications-related equipment are enormous. Therefore, the necessity of the development for the prevention of earthquake damage to major electronic, information, communication facilities and expensive cultural assets, exhibits, medical equipment, etc. is increasing.
Currently developed and commercialized products are expensive and there is a problem that the initial investment costs are enormous in order to prepare for earthquakes.
