Claims (10)
상기 액체를 유입하여 마이크로버블을 생성하는 마이크로버블 생성 장치를 포함하며,
상기 마이크로버블 생성 장치는, 상기 저장 공간에 저장된 저장조 액체에 일부가 잠기도록 설치되고 내부 공간을 제공하는 하우징과, 상기 하우징으로부터 연장되는 액체 배출관과, 상기 내부 공간에 설치되는 아토마이징부와, 상기 내부 공간으로부터 기체를 배출시키는 배기 팬을 구비하며,
상기 하우징에는 상기 저장조 액체가 상기 내부 공간으로 유입되도록 하부가 개방되어서 형성되는 액체 유입구와, 상기 내부 공간의 내부 기체가 상기 내부 공간으로부터 배출되고 상기 액체 유입구보다 위에 위치하는 배기구와, 상기 액체 유입구와 상기 배기구 사이의 높이에 위치하고 상기 내부 공간의 내부 액체가 상기 내부 공간으로부터 상기 저장 공간으로 배출되도록 상기 액체 배출관과 연결되는 액체 배출구가 형성되며,
