A wavelength detector configured to detect a wavelength of fluorescence generated from a sample consisting of an optical fiber-based spectrometer;
A wavelength tunable filter unit capable of selectively adjusting transmission wavelengths and allowing only light having a wavelength corresponding to emission fluorescence of a sample to pass therethrough;
A fluorescence signal detector for detecting emission fluorescence transmitted through the variable wavelength filter;
And a control unit which adjusts a transmission wavelength of the variable filter unit in accordance with a detection signal of the wavelength detection unit.
The light source module,
An opening in which the fluorescent signal detection unit is located, and a module body in which the light receiving unit of the optical fiber is fixedly positioned;
And a plurality of light sources disposed on the bottom of the module body around the opening.
