두개의 바가 예각으로 결합되어 V 모양을 형성하고, 아래면에 회전축이 형성된 상부 장식부;
제1 관통홀이 형성되고, 상기 회전축이 제1 관통홀을 관통하여 상기 상부 장식부와 결합하는 상기 상부 장식부와 동일한 형상의 하부 장식부; 및
상기 하부 장식부의 하부에 배치되고, 상기 회전축에 체결되어 상기 상부 장식부가 회전할때 함께 회전하는 체결부;를 포함하고,
상기 하부 장식부의 아래면에는 상기 제1 관통홀을 중심으로 상기 체결부를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 형성하는 원형의 측벽이 형성되되, 상기 측벽은 높이가 낮은 오목 구간이 대칭으로 형성되고,
상기 체결부는,
상기 측벽 내부의 수용 공간에 수용되는 원형의 몸통부,
