상기 제3단계 결과물을 45~50℃까지 냉각 시킨 후 최종 화장료 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 1,2-헥산다이올 2중량%를 투입하여 균질기를 이용하여 2500RPM으로 1분간 교반한 뒤, 30℃이하로 냉각하는 제4단계;를 포함하고,
상기 실리콘 탄성분말 조성물은,
다이메티콘/비닐다이메티콘크로스폴리머 분말의 직경이 1~10㎛이며 비중이 1.01이하인 분말 40중량부와 페닐트라이메티콘 20중량부를 균질기를 이용하여 2000RPM으로 5분간 교반시키는 제1단계;
상기 제1단계 결과물에 폴리글리세릴-4 올레이트 10중량부를 60℃ 이상에서 투입하여 용해시켜 균질기를 이용하여 2000RPM으로 5분간 교반시키는 제2단계; 및
상기 제2단계 결과물에 유중수형 유화물을 만들기 위해 연속상으로서 글리세린, 말티톨 및 정제수의 4:3:3 중량비율 혼합물 30중량부를 투입하여 균질기를 이용하여 3000RPM으로 5분간 교반시키는 제3단계;를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
