Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a damping type dipping apparatus, and more particularly, to a damping damping apparatus for supporting a maintenance structure for an offshore wind turbine such as an offshore wind turbine, which can minimize the shaking of the bridge The present invention relates to a damping type diving apparatus.
Recently, various structures are being constructed in the ocean. For example, large structures such as offshore plants or marine platforms such as FPSO, wind power or photovoltaic facilities are on the rise.
In particular, because wind power is renewable and does not cause greenhouse effect, it is attracting attention as an energy source to replace fossil fuels. And wind power generation is simple and easy to install, easy to operate and manage, and can be unmanned and automated.
In the past, wind turbines were mainly installed on the land, but due to environmental damage caused by noise and vibration, due to capacity enlargement, aesthetics and restrictions on places, wind power has recently been strong. It is a trend to build.
1 is a schematic view showing an offshore wind turbine generator.
The offshore wind power generator includes a wind power tower 1 fixed to the seabed and fixed to the underside of the wind power tower. The
As shown in the drawing, the
At this time, the two
However, in order to support the maintenance of the marine structures such as wind turbines, it is necessary for the support vessels to regularly berth.
The offshore support vessel is equipped with a gangway and a dynamic positioning system to compensate for changes in position due to swinging of the hull due to algae and wind direction, wind speed and wave height.
In this regard, various devices and equipments have been proposed, such as the following prior arts, which are used to navigate the offshore structure.
However, due to factors such as waves and winds during the docking, the support ship has three dimensional shaking.
More specifically, pitching, which is a rolling motion that rotates about the longitudinal axis passing through the center of the hull as a rotational motion, rolling, which is a rolling shaking around the transverse axis through the center of the hull, Yawing, which is a bow / stern swinging about the vertical axis through which the ball rotates.
As the linear motion, the hull is moved up and down along the longitudinal direction of the vertical axis, the swaying moves the hull to the left and right along the horizontal axis, and the forward and backward movement of the hull moves back and forth along the longitudinal axis occurs .
These fluctuations cause the yawing facility which is extended from the hull and which is seated on the structure to be shaken together, making it very difficult to stabilize the ship and also very dangerous when the operator crosses the bridge of the yawing facility. Particularly, in severe cases, the hull collided with the structure and the hull or structure was damaged.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a damping type docking device capable of easily straddling and damping a three-dimensional vibration of a bridge caused by shaking of a ship, .

Next, referring to Figures 6 and 7 together, the clamping means will be described. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of an enlarged portion A showing a clamping means in FIG. 4, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of an enlarged portion B showing a clamping means in FIG.
The clamping means 400 is provided at the distal end of the

The body of the hooking
Accordingly, as the rod of the hooking
For reference, the hooking
Meanwhile, in order to check the position and the operation state of the
The
The
In addition, it is preferable that the inner diameter of the
The
That is, it protects the equipment from damage due to overload caused by hull rolling and performs a cushion function.
Therefore, the clearance and
Next, the damping means will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the portion C showing the right and left rotary damping portions and the vertical damping portion in FIG. 4, and FIG. 9 is a DD sectional view showing a cross sectional structure of the front and rear damping portions in FIG.
The damping means 500 separately damps the left-right swing, the up-down swing, and the back-and-forth swing of the hull so that the swing of the bridge due to the shaking of the ship can be minimized during the docking operation so that the swing of the hull is transmitted to the bridge A left and right
The left and right
The left and right
The
At this time, gear teeth are formed on the outer periphery of the
The
However, after the completion of the riding operation, the driving of the pivoting
The vertical damping
To this end, the vertical damping
The hinge
The body of the
Therefore, by driving the
However, after the riding operation is completed, the operation of the
The front and rear damping
To this end, the front and rear damping
The rack gears 531 are continuously installed on both lower surfaces of the
The
Further, a
Therefore, when the
After the eyepiece is completed, the
The operation of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. Fig. 10 is an operational state diagram showing the damping of the left and right rotational shaking in the present invention, Fig. 11 is an operational state diagram showing the damping of the up and down motions in the present invention, and Fig. 12 is an operational state diagram showing the front and rear swing damping in the present invention.
In the present invention, the respective components are operated and controlled as a whole in the cab (c) of the ship.
First, the ship is controlled so that the athlete is drawn into the
At this time, the distal end of the
The hooking
Here, as soon as the clamping is completed, that is, when the hooking is completed, the supply of the hydraulic pressure is stopped to be controlled so as to be switched to the free mode state.
12, the
The left and right
In the case of rolling, damping and buffering can be achieved to some extent due to the gap between the hook and the eyepiece pipe and the cushion spring without a separate damping structure.
If the rolling is severe, the base bridge may be driven to rotate at an angle of 90 [deg. That is, in such a state, rolling can be attenuated by the vertical damping portion.
