Description
The present invention relates to a system for separating and reusing oil in the treatment of polluted gas generated in underground thermal desorption, and discharging the polluted gas from the liquid and gas generated during the process.
Since the Industrial Revolution, today's industry has been developed almost entirely on the basis of fossil fuels. Today, environmental pollution, accompanied by industrial development, is becoming a serious problem that threatens human life.
Soil contamination among the above environmental pollution is a serious threat to food production and causes not only water pollution through ground water pollution but also difficulty in its treatment.
However, today's industry is based on the machinery industry, and almost every machine needs oil, such as lubricants and fuels.
Especially, the oil consumed by various vehicles, which is one of the most essential things in modern life, is consumed in such a large amount that the quantity thereof can not be measured. As a result, carelessness in the transportation, storage, The soil is seriously polluted by the spill.
As described above, it takes a considerable period of time to recover the soil contaminated with oil naturally. Therefore, when polluting the cultivated land, there is a serious adverse effect on the production of various agricultural products, and serious problems such as polluting the ground water and depleting the drinking water source .
As an example of a technique for purifying contaminated soil, a technology for purifying contaminated soil is proposed. Such a technology for purifying contaminated soil is a technique of "heating by in situ heat treatment" to purify unsaturated to high concentration oil polluted area in a short time, And 'recovery technology of petroleum vapor generated during heat treatment'.
As an example of the existing technology, Korean Patent Registration No. 0798763 discloses a method of excavating (100) a plurality of injection holes and extraction holes into oil contaminated soil; Injecting a high temperature fluid into the contaminated soil through the injection hole (200); (300) sucking a mixed fluid of a high temperature fluid and a contaminant in the extraction hole; Separating the mixed fluid into a polluted liquid and a polluted gas (400); Separating the polluted liquid by water and oil (500); And a step (600) of adsorbing and removing volatile pollutants contained in the polluted gas.
However, in the case of the above-mentioned technology, the separation of oil from the thermal detachment result is suggested, but the presentation of the gas and the liquid treatment generated in this process is rather insufficient and the problems such as the second damage due to the outflow of such gas and liquid Lt; / RTI >

Also, as shown in FIG. 1, the processing gas generated from the
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, an example is shown in which the
To this end, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
In the housing (2), the lower chamber (4) is cylindrical, and oil flowing in the lower chamber (4) is returned. The
In this way, the oil introduced into the
As shown in the drawing, it is preferable that the bottom surface of the lower chamber 4 has a slope so that the diameter becomes narrower toward the center of the lower chamber 4. This is because the particles S1 descending from the sidewall of the lower chamber due to the centrifugal force due to the flow, The swirling speed of the lower chamber 4 is increased as the diameter of the lower chamber 4 is increased by increasing the flow velocity as the diameter is smaller, So that it can be easily introduced into the foreign
The foreign
The upper portion of the foreign
In the case of the
The
Hereinafter, the operating state of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The core C is formed on the upper surface of the
Therefore, in the case of the particle S2 having a specific gravity smaller than that of the inflow oil, the specific gravity is shifted to the water surface while moving toward the center by the centripetal force as opposed to the movement path of the particle S1 larger than the inflow oil, And is discharged to the foreign
The flow path of the particles S3 having a specific gravity similar to the inflow oil flows along the flow of the inflow oil Q. The inflow oil flows into the
In this process, the flocs formed by the agglomeration of the foreign substances are filtered so that these particles finally reach the core (C) and flow out to the foreign matter collecting port (7). That is, in the
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the
That is, when the
The
When the fluid flows to the
In this way, vibration energy is applied to the fluid by the seesaw motion of the
As described above, the oil component Q1 flowing into the
However, in the case of the oil fraction Q1 discharged from the
For this, an example is shown in which the
Activated carbon whose surface is modified with a polyvinylpyrrolidone vinyl acetate copolymer (PVP-VA) may be filled in the
The reason why activated carbon whose surface is modified with a polyvinylpyrrolidone vinyl acetate copolymer (PVP-VA) is placed in the oil tank 15 is that the oil Q1 discharged from the
The activated carbon surface-modified with PVP-VA is coated with PVP-VA on activated carbon, which increases the adsorption rate of volatile organic compounds such as TCE having hydrophobic properties. Activated carbon whose surface is modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone vinyl acetate copolymer (PVP-VA) is obtained by immersing activated carbon in PVP-VA solution in which PVP-VA is mixed and dissolved in DDIW.
